They can always stay out of your effective range, in which case you can't hit them. As a Shafter, l always take Ricochet users out when they're too far away to attack me, and I run if they get too close.

haha thats wher u have to be clever. i dont go on huge maps like serpuhov etc. because i know some ***** shaft is going to spoil all my funn so i pick real small ones. over those maps shafts are complete losers there. i am no match for a shaft in a large map

Rico/Hornet works on Monte Carlo if you're going straight for the flag. With a nitro you can make the jump to the enemy flag shoot the defenders and jump back over. Or you can take the low road, but it helps to have backup.

:-) Haha Okay, thanks, I'm pretty new to it but trying to learn skills as quickly as poss. Any advice on fighting ricochets? I mean you can't exactly dodge each ball as it comes! :-P

2, Get as far away as possible, I know that sounds obvious, but it works affectively. The ricochet bullet is like one of the slowest bullets on Tanki, and the Farther the way you are, the more likely it will miss

 

3, moving in one direction either to the left or right of the ricochet turret will do the trick as well. it is almost impossible to hit a FAST moving target with ricochet. Moving in one direction either way will make the bullet go right behind you when a ricochet aims at you. 

 

I have been using Ricochet pretty much the entire time I have been on Tanki... So I think I know a little bit about the weapon.

u guys dont realize that at my level, some noobs still exist who think that shaft will give them a win. i have 3 accounts so i know a litle more than them. 

EDIT: by the way i didnt mean to use a bad word there. must be due to the autocorrect or sumthin
