hhhhh um no. Well sure, if u dont move around with rico yea, but if you move its incredible how many shots twins can miss, heck, rico can even kill twins without being hurt due to superior range and bounces

Yes, but it's still strong. Unskilled people can do well with Ricochet, Freeze, and sometime Firebird
