one good thing about rico is that if you're against a 90 degree inclined wall, then you do not have to have perfect aim to hit the target, let the wall do the work for you! your margin of error should be between the player and the wall, so it will be much easier to get your shots properly.

playing on maps such as future (or factory?) will give you a slight advantage because of this and also the tunnels present in the map, which can also be used as rebounding surfaces to hit the tank

Also you can use slanted wall to hit someone higher up, like in madness.

I keep using it as a assault gun, which doesn't utilize the property of rico...

Not sure if this is any good, but use Rico-Mammy and NEVER move. People will "exploit" you, when you can practice using the ricochet feature, instead of relying on movement to get you a straight shot.

Whenever I use ricochet in my alt in Polygon CPs, I hide in the tunnel and use the walls to hit enemies trying to capture them, it confuses them most of the time and is a really good tactic for support fire.

guys im confused is ricocheyt m3 good? because im planning to buy ricochet m3 dictator m3 in the future... but i want to know if its good at m3. If it is, can u guys tell me from about what place is it. like ricochets, the second, third, first best turret, etc. thx :D

Just snagged Rico M2 on May sale and managed to MU it a bit. Super sweet but I still need to be careful going against armor drugging tanks because I run out of ammo.

I don't know why people think Rico is UP(UnderPowered). Rico is a great turret but it surely isn't one for a less skilled player or a noob. It requires great skill and practice to be able to own the battlefield with Rico but if you don't have that much skill then it still is pretty effective in DMs. In my opinion Rico is best used with Vikings in DM mode while in CTF it is better to use it's better with hornet as the extra speed of the sports car helps to capture flags and get to enemies with long range weps while staying away from short ranged ones.

Please don't just say "ricochet sucks" or things like that, it's useless and practically flooding. (you're probably thinking that about this comment, but anyway.) Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to best fight ricochet?

I think its the most versatile gun. Range is really good. More than twins and rapid fire impact force and power makes it unstopable in the hands of a pro. I ve seem it in action. I use it . I ve been using it since the begining when it was unlocked.

I have m1 now. It goes well with every hull unlike most of other guns in tanki.

It has certainly worked for me. I am a wo5 but i ve defeated a captain with my viking and ricochet combination

Its not good !!!! Its the best!!! U would be unstopable. Though i dont know about dictator. Cuz i use viking

If you want to know how to use ricochet properly, simply read the name. "Ricochet". It used to be a weaker weapon, so using the ricocheting (another name for bouncing, why they call it "bouncing" is honestly either completely stupid or completely lazy) ammo was vital to best make use of it. The reason it is (or should be) considered silly to use Ricochet as an assault rifle as by using the ricocheting ammo, it is very much possible to avoid all damage and control midfield far more effectively.
