I'm playing this game for years and still I can't use this turret properly. Most of my shots are wasted. 

The only good thing is the impact force. Most rails cannot target me properly.

I think Smoky deserves that title.  I love the Ric against Railguns anyway, because the majority of Rails are mounted on light hulls like Wasp and Hornet, and Ric eats light hulls for breakfast.

 

I'm not sure if Ric is the weapon I'm most effective with, but it is definitely the most fun weapon to play with!

My point of view about ricochet is that its a deadly gun when equipped with either hornet or viking.when you fully upgrade its damage,it can destroy a mammoth with 5-6 shots and the rest of the hulls with 4-5 shots usually.well its good for a" killing machine" Tank.

im not sure what you mean about rico killing mammoth in 5 or 6 shots rico m4 does 38 max damage which means 6 shots of max dmg do 228 dmg which in not enough to kill even m2 mammoth much less m3 or m4.

at m4 mammoth can survive 5 max dmg shot with double power on and 6 shots if they are not all quite max dmg.

Is ricochet the best turret in the game cuz when I started playing which was 4-5 years ago I thought railgun was but I did take a 2 year break so

It's still a very powerful weapons due which a lot of tankers use paints with protection from Ricochet. I consider it as one of the best weapons.

I used to see a lot of Rico-Hornets up to the high WO ranks. By the Major-Colonel ranks, these noobs are gone.

 

Rico rocks on Viking (my choice). I also see it a lot on Dictator and Hunter.

 

Finally, careful attention must be paid to rank unlocks. M2 Rico starts to fizzle out around Brigadier when enemies start to use M3 weapons and hulls, mostly enabled by kits.

I'd go for Titan. Even though it has less protection than Mammoth, its protection is still great! The extra speed, manoeuvrability and pushing power are decisive for me. :p

That's a more difficult question. Twins is a close-to-medium turret while Ricochet is a medium turret. Overall, I think Ricochet is more fun to play with, though compared with Titan you'll most probably only use it to defend the base besides DMs (and Polyon CP :p). In DM, both are about equal to me. As for defending a flag I've got a slight preference for Twins because of the unlimited ammo which often comes in handy. 

 

What maps do you mostly play in and what game modes do you most commonly play? (I might answer this one tomorrow as I almost have to go.)

i dislike the new changes on rico and i`m been using it for years so i know the changes and what they did for the range  it now is like a rail gun and yet its not meant for4 long rang ..if players just upgraded the range then you would have the long range with out having to change it..

 

now titian is way better then mammoth due to spreed only but not for protection and it was made to be like that if you go in your hulls then go from weakest to the stronger ones in protection and then  back for speed..so middle tank is titan ...
