That always depends on if the enemy in DM choose to gang up on you or not.

Fair enough.. I can see what you mean as Rico does suck at taking on two or more enemies at a time ( :(). And all of the people with 50 Rico protection were Mammoth M4/Shaft M4.

should i get rockclimber+smoky m3 in the sales OR get giant(rico mammy) kit or eykjsdkfjksdfjksdf (vulcan mammy) kit

I would say Vulcan/Mammoth is better. Vulcan protection is seldom.. whereas Rico protection is everywhere.

Does it take an M3 Rico longer to use the full energy pool than an M0 Rico, or does it take the same amount of time?

The more you upgrade it the faster it's get depleted, see my graph I posted here:

Nice D/L NewbieCupcake, heavy hull is a good choice, they won't target you, but I'm surprised for the amount of your kills with Rico in Polygon. Especially seeing those protections, and I don't understand why so many use it, maybe they switched because of your effectiveness. Twins would be ideal for that battle, no DPS drop, always available targets if effective range.

Twins is better in Poly CP than DM. Slow projectile of twins and range makes it annoying at times. Also people can take your kill easily with Firebird, Smoky, Rail... etc.

True. The worse part of Poly DM are teams of shaft "alliance" sticking together, hence I rarely play Poly DMs nowadays. It's just not profitable.

Yep, just camp, retreat, reload, then shoot again. Plus most of the tanks that tried killing me had 1 - 20 Rico protection.. easy kills ;). And there was a Mammoth/Rico that just kept targeting a Shaft/Mammoth the whole game

Yes, but in a small map like Polygon, or actually even medium maps, in DM enemies are spawning anywhere around you, easy to find one or more in your effective range with Twins. In CP people are swarming near the pit, so turrets with area damage are better. Kill steal is an issue for any turret not only Twins, and you can also steal kills with it effectively, no DPS drop is really an advantage.

Keep in mind that this is a GOOD thing. You are pumping out higher damage projectiles faster at higher mods. Yes this means you run out of ammo quicker (and yes, there's room for a buff here to give Rico a bigger store at higher mods), but this keeps you competitive sort of with the higher mods of the other weapons.

Not competitive enough IMO but I've ranted about that already.

The only reason why M0-M1 can be considered good in the lower ranks is because everyone's either low on Health or slow. Slow speed = you can't escape those balls.

also, the balls will damage you if you're near them. It's not funny how much damage i've taken from near misses with this weapon. Has tanki fixed the bug yet?

Actually, I find Hunter or Dictator work better. I only use Viking on @150010836 because I don't want to use Titan M3 always. Hunter isn't big, has decent armor, and a pretty good height. Dictator is sturdy (at least it is for me) and has a big height. Occasionally, you'll be able to hit the enemy with your height from Rico while they won't be able to land a single shot.

I even prefer using Dictator M3 with Ricochet than Viking M4!

Hunter is better with Ricochet than Viking IMO but takes more time and skill to master.

Guys, i was just wondering, if i have rico m0 and at my rank it's avaible for m2, if i fully micro upgrade it, will it end up as a rico m1 or m2? thanks fr answering.

If you fully MU it the damage will equal out to be a M3.

If you have M0 Rico its damage output will be equal to M1, not M2. So I recommend not to do that. But it's your choice.
