has anyone noticed that Rico when shooting ..say a wall its suppose to bounce off but lately its not .. its just hitting it like twins now.. this is the same thing in tanki x .. not sure why its not bouncing off the walls

It's a bug they were unable to correct since ever, if you hit near tile edge/joints, the ball disappears/makes no damage after the bounce (the damage indicator is the only update this lately I like, you can see the bug clearly). Not enough that they nerfed rico massively (slow reload/vertical autoaim effectivity) we are still haunted by these disappearing rounds (or my favourite, when a round bounces under!! the enemy tank without hitting it). In exchange we get fast turret rotation (like it was even needed) and reduced recoil (now unable to turn back to feet laying on my side, which was fun). Not mentioning that Viking, which I was upgrading almost until m4 few days before the update now feels like riding a wet sponge. I come back to game maybe once a week only, still curious what the next alteration will be, but I'm sure my commitment is dying thanx to the updates.

I did a test regarding Rico protection paint on battles and results are amazing! Only 10% or lower than that equipped Rico protection ,I will get Rico dictator ok.

 

You can go find turrets that can be op ,just join battles with different guns and see which leaves ppl with less protection against that.

Approximately in every battles ppl have this protection from 100% (100% means all ppl equipped protection for a single turret)

 

Railgun :40%

Thunder: 35%

Isida:30%

Freeze,firebid:25%

Hammer:20%

Twins:15%

Rico and shaft: 10%

Notice you didn't mention Smoky. That's right, good old Smoky. The starter turret, considered too boring to take seriously. Thus few to no protections on most tanks. Then Tanki goes and buffs Smoky's Critical Hit. So I've switched for now. Getting something like 5.0 DL in Legend Pro battles :blink:

I think every player will produce a different list ... and they may all be fairly correct.  Because we all play Tanki under different conditions. I avoid meatgrinder scenarios, I_AREADY_WON cannot be found on any map but Rio, and so forth. Then throw in all the other variables. We each have our own lens on the game. :)

 

By which I mean, I see Smoky protection fairly often.

P.S. I see Smoky Protection all the time as well.

Fair enough. My lens right now is Poly CP - the meat grinder.

 

Folks there seem more concerned with protecting against Thunder, Twins, Vulcan, Fire, Freeze, Rico, and Hammer.

Africa, Lumberjack or tajga all the time :D. But zeus, rock or even clay can be useful too.

Ricochet in NS battles is so good - I literally made this score in 30 minutes, and when I joined, 2st had 340 kills, and the two people below me had 40 kills

PLEASE INCREASE the impact of Ricochet

 

after the last game balance update,

 

a m2 RICOCHET 26-UPGRADEs can't even rotate a m2 HUNTER lying on its side, back on its tracks!!

 

before the update, it could easily rotate it, but now sadly it can't !! 

 

NOW, hunter is not a very heavy hull and so its weird that a rico m2 26-ups can't get it back on its tracks. 

 

AGAIN, PLEASE INCREASE THE IMPACT OF RICOCHET

It even can't rotate wasp m2, thats very very strange and annoying !!

Is m1 rico worth it!!?No one has it at this level so no one has modules against it,so help me pls asap!Sales are going on for hulls,too!And turrets are tommorow,hehehe...

Just bought it on ... it's a heck of a great turret, but I'm still struggling with aiming it. I'm sure I'll get good at it eventually...

my issue with rico even in tanki x .. is that its not bouncing off walls like it was meant to do .. its more hitting the walls and dieing ..fix this also

Just bought it on ... it's a heck of a great turret, but I'm still struggling with aiming it. I'm sure I'll get good at it eventually...
