PLEASE INCREASE the impact of Ricochet

 

after the last game balance update,

 

a m2 RICOCHET 26-UPGRADEs can't even rotate a m2 HUNTER lying on its side, back on its tracks!!

 

before the update, it could easily rotate it, but now sadly it can't !! 

 

NOW, hunter is not a very heavy hull and so its weird that a rico m2 26-ups can't get it back on its tracks. 

 

AGAIN, PLEASE INCREASE THE IMPACT OF RICOCHET

It even can't rotate wasp m2, thats very very strange and annoying !!

I am pretty sure that to put your hull back on its tracks you want recoil increased not impact force.

Sure, he ment recoil, but firerate nerf is more responsible for the fact that you can't get it back on its tracks laying on side. The recoil was never enough, it swinged the hull only a bit, but the next shot came fast enough to add it's swing to the previous one and so on, couple shots and you were back on feet. Now the firerate is too slow, hull is already back to the initial position when the next shot is available, so the pushes of consecutive shots are not added up, you stuck in place. You can still shoot as a stationary tower laying on your side, killing someone this way is FUN !

Nice, it seems that Rico is one of the very strong weapons again, along with Hammer.

Yeah it's pretty good and probably even better with titan (which I'm saving for). I play mostly PRO battles though. When drugs are enabled it's the hammers, shafts and firebirds (with alteration) that take over. I also got 1-shot by railgun.

Likely the rail alteration that basically gives it back the original reload and huge damage.

 

I'm waiting for the smoky alt that gives it the original reload and original critical.  I won't mind giving up the piddly regular shot damage increase.

Yeah it probably was the alteration. Most of the time I find myself playing against M4s because there is a poor choice of battles.

has anyone noticed that the ricos m2 shots look very much like m0 shots since they are both yellow while m1 shots are orange and I think m3 shots are red?

M3 shots are a rich orange colour. Perhaps less orange than the M1, I can't actually remember because it's been so long since I was M1.

I'm curious what parameter will change for Rico tomorrow...

Double projectile size and maximum bounce numbers, no impact on the game at all, unless.. seems like this helped on the missing shot bug finally, I hope so! The alteration is ridiculous, you haveThunder if you want splash damage and you use Rico to bounce..

To be honest rico is kinda weak when ur r drugging or having a DA ..the start is awsome but when ur caliber is empty...it just takes like 4 ever to

Fill up...they should atleast lower the time for recharge at higher modifications...or else rico is just a good weapon for parkour and for specific maps ONly...but the new update is kinda going to make it a little more trouble some as u can hit more plasma balls on the face of ur enemies as the radius of the plasma balls are going to increase..+ the bigger the plasma ..the gr8er the damage !

Maybe some people want a plasma turret with a high rate of fire, medium range, high damage per second, and with splash, all traits that Thunder lacks except for the splash aspect.

Sure, a slowly traveling plasma instead of an instanteniously hitting round, sure, a clip which is empty after 10ish shots instead of a constant rate of fire, and spending an extra 100k on alteration to have it.. sure..
