Rico's M1 alteration is awesome. I can shoot at any corner in mid-range maps. In Polygon, my enemy isn't safe behind any building.

Wait for june sale, rank up, get thunder m2 and medium hull m2 (hunter / dictator).

Save those crystals, no more MU's on either hull or turret, and you will get a good m2 combo in almost all maps.

M1 Rico is OP at my level. People playing with M1 Rico kill everyone in only a few shots

Came up against a measly hornet before but they were using ricochet m4 with the alteration. This thing absolutely tore me apart even on a large map :huh:

It's crazy but yesterday was the first time I've seen the alteration in battle. We were playing in skyscrapers and their ricochet was getting me from right across the map. Scariest weapon I've faced.

It is my favorite...on smaller boards however it is a liability due to the decrease in fire rate. Stick with larger and medium large boards for the alteration to really shine.

Bought the M1 alt on my noob account and I gotta say, it makes aiming easier and the increased reload is massively offsetted by your shots actually hitting your target. I can even maximize its ricocheting capabilities to even hit targets where I least expect them to be.

It is only weapon rn which is equally good in small, medium and large maps.

How To Best Fight Using Ricochet: Use your advantage of being able to shoot around corners by hiding behind walls/corners, switching to birds-eye view and shooting tanks that can't even see you.

I have my rico at 14/20 and when I get the crystals will take it up a few more. After that I will bump my smoky and rail guns. I have found that 15/20 is a really effective level between being broke and being stout on the battlefield. 

 

I can only imagine what 20/20 would be like. Just don't know if the additional 200k+ crystals would be worth the extra 6 MUs

Many people say that there aren't many players using modules with protection against Rico. This is true, unless you go and play Poly CP (and maybe Arena CP as well) because Lion T-B (Fire, Twins, Rico) is the most popular module I've seen there.

Modules for rico and vulcan are probably the least common, but ricochet is still a force to be rockoned with, although people dont realise how epic it is.

Good impact and DPS, decent range and its unique ability make it a true force.
