One of the best turrets out there but ammo runs out fast.

What skill? Most Rico players have never learned to even turn their turret. Sill would be required if the player had to bounce his shots himself but the computer automatically sends the ammo out on the right path to bounce 4 times and go around 3 corners to hit the target.

Just bought Ricochet M3, along with Titan M3, tried it in various battle modes and came to the conclusion that this could easily be one of the best turrets in the game, not only you are guarantied at least 2 kills with a full clip, the Ricochet effect is very useful in the right maps, can't wait to get it to M4 and buy Alterations, Ricochet works best with a heavy hull in small maps, but Viking suits it well in larger maps, only big disadvantage is once you use a clip you are stuck with slow reload.

I got it today. It was worth the investment and I really like it. The only thing that bothers me now is that I can't use it (or any other turret that I've recently bought) unless MUs are turned off.

It would take too much effort for a negligible benefit. Better to learn to use drugs, to improve and that's a shame for this game.

Clay LGC and allot of modules are there against it, not too excessive. I bought rico and its good for specific battles. Ricochet is not the best at anything but is a nice balanced weapon for all modes.

Yes in Polygon CP, rico is a good turret especially with splash damage alteration.

Titan with twins or ricochet is a great combination for polygon. Viking and freeze are good too but viking suffers because of it's lack of stability and health.

I assume that it will lower its damages over time so it would be good only in certain maps like combe

Yes M1 alteration (but my Rico is still M2 only), speed and range ftw, I also love the potential to knock off Rails aim.

Good on any map - even Brest.  Jump down to lower area then sneak up to ramp just outside enemies base. You can bounce shots off ceiling almost anywhere inside and kill flag defenders.

 

Lower damage over time?  Don't really notice it. The balls come out so fast enemies are dead quickly.  Recharge might be slightly slower but the greater accuracy means more overall total hits.
