Twins is good against heavy hulls while having inaccurate damage toward light hulls unlike smoky it cant miss a fast moving spaceship

I prefer smoku with hunter to runaway from firebird and freezes and the lazy twins thus i wont need to use anti freeze or anti fire -_-

Smoky is overpowered again since the last update. Critical hit should hit less or the common shots should hit less, but it hits too much now. 

But the Damage the criticals do isn't much

Crit damage for M3 (possibly M2 as well) has been buffed, so now you can take down most hulls pretty easily.I'm pretty sure the crit chance/ramp up hasn't been changed by the update; maybe you're just getting luckier? I've tried M3 Smoky in the test server twice (during CP testing and during update 270 testing), and besides the extra crit damage, it feels the same.

 

Needle paint makes Smoky utterly useless except for knockback though. The knockback on M3 Smoky is still really great; fire one in the corner of a charging railgun, and they'll miss.

i have at high a wasp m3 a bit MU(hp is 160)

and once i got 1 normal smoky shoot and 1 critical after and i was dead!

i bet he MUed the critical power and damage per shoot a lot!

is impresive OP

You can't always play with a paint with smoky protection. Besides that the extra critical damage doesn't feel the same at all. Trying it on the test server and on the real servers is not the same. The crit chance hasn't changed indeed, but i've never mentioned that though :p
