That's not how it works. M1 Railgun can deal any amount of damage between 74-116. It has an average of 91 It doesn't matter the distance it is at or it's target.. It's just the damage range. (Math term not length. You know mean, medium mode, range that stuff)

Psh that's nothing. 65% of the people around my rank don't turn it or rarely do. A few times I saw some Major Generals not do it.  Every rank doesn't do it. But it just means easy pickings for me. :D

its not always gonna be wasp. your gonna run into lots of other hulls too , which you cant 2 shot.
