Three easy games - the first and third rounds ended earlier.

Fourth and fifth rounds - these were a little bit more challenging.

Nah, they couldn't be predicted... you can time your critical shots now.

And it became way better at close range.

How can you time them? Please tell me I would love to know as I love smoky!

You can't...It's more predictable, but there is still no way to time them...The "new" smoky crit mechanics involve this neutral point, and your crit chance would increase after each shot. After you crit, your chance to crit becomes negative and has to increase by firing normal shots. It's far more controlled but not predictable by any means.

I think the crits are still random, aren't they? But you can make reference to critical chance. Let's say your critical chance is 20%, you have one critical every five shots on average. After you make a critical shot, the probability of have another critical is negative relative to the critical chance. Therefore you may want to make shots at unimportant targets first before you perceive another critical on the most dangerous enemy afterwards. Anyone pls correct me if I make a mistake.

Please, read my above post. It's literally what the devs said about the new mechanics in a video/vlog. Here it is.

One of my favorites due to short reload and reasonable range and damage. Some more psychological advantages:

1. Quite difficult to tell where shots are coming from. People really get freaked out if a Smoky is repeatedly hitting them and they can't tell where.

2. People are more afraid to approach it because of the unpredictability of critical hits.

3. Criticals just make me feel lucky!  ^_^

Ohh yes it is, you're absolutely right about the mechanics of the critical shots, but I get a critical every 5 shots for 90% of the time.

Sometimes 6 but ohh; that chance can be ignored. This is with full MU M3.

4 shots fired, so I rush towards the enemy base with a critical loaded... well, 1/10 of the time it's not a critical but oh.
