Yes and now we gotta pay for it. Is Smoky's reload worth to MU? How much different than stock value?

In the German forum we have a discussion about the issue for 3 days and roughly 100 posts. The offical statement from Tanki Online is that the values given in the Wiki for M3+ were not correct for all parameters. For example the reload time of the Smoky M3 was the same as the M3+. We have doubts about this but cannot proof it anymore. I read at several posts that the reload time was coupeled to the damage before the update. Can somebody proof this? If this wasn't the case, the update will change the weapon balance drastically, since M3+ is now roughly 10% stronger (compared reload times) then before.

IMO don 't buy Smoky M2. Continue with that superb Thunder M4 of yours towards Marshal...and than buy Smoky M3 at once.

(maybe if your lucky there 's even a produkt kit containing it at that time)

 

With the crystals saved this way you can start micro-upgrading that Smoky M3.

I fully mu'd my smoky M3 just to see how it will do and am surprised at this gun as I used to use it last year but gave up on it and I started getting into using Thunder M3 instead . This gun with a 1.4 second is more than a second quicker than Thunder for reload and no more self destruct damage from tanks coming up to me. There are half as many smoky protection paints also compared to thunder. Great gun with Viking and Titan. This gun requires a bit more skill than thunder but I notice smoky has  better angle shots and a much longer distance. Thunders only real advantage was the splash damage which is virtually gone now. It takes more shots with smoky to put down a big tank but it fires quickly enough that the opposing tank cannot take cover. The impact damage is enough to topple a small tank especially if on a grade or hill.

smoky m3 is one of my choices for sale with twins/fire, have thunder, isida m3+, getting a bit bored of thunder

after all this nerfs of smoky, it still rocks. poly cp 1 hour. i played 45 minutes onward. i used no drugs in the entire game. there were many viking m1, and there was one drugger thunder m1 in the opponent team :D

Got probably my best D/L ever today with M1 smoky/wasp
