Bruh seriously? Who would be fighting a m3 mammoth with m0 smoky?

Just wanted to make sure ya alright, I could call the doctor if you want.

No, he's referring to an M3 mammoth with smoky.

They're hell to take down.

Especially with drugs.

Should I get m1 smoky and m1 hunter at wo4? I was planning to spend my crystals on m1 twins

I would skip Smoky M1: it 's loosing his strength at WO4. Needs a lot of MU 's to be able to compete well.

Better go for the Twins if you like them, or wait if possible...till Colonel and the superb Smoky M2.

Hi

Hum personaly i usualy play vik/rai (i love this hulls).I choise to play this hulls refer to different parameters ( cost, powerfull, renowned, level for unlock m3 ...).I feel like il would play this hulls till the end .

I never look for the smoky due to price :m1+m2+m3  level for m3 And because i was feeling smoky isn't really powerfull. But with the last update cost i take care about smoky and learn I was really wrong ...:/

Indeed  I've studied the caracteristic of smoky and  I came to the conclusion that smoky is one of the best powerfull efficient and impact force of the game. This gun i can't belive the calculations who will follow ;plz somebody tell i'm wrong besause it's impresive :

smoky made :47     damage in-----------------1.46 secound __________thunder made :91 damage   in-------2.85 secound

that's mean  : 321,9 damage in----------------10  secounds___________that's mean  :319 damage   in-------10 secound

just WOW I don't know if i'm wrong but  The smoky is one of the better hulls of tanki (and i don't take into account the critical)I'll buy on the nnext sale !

Where are you getting those statistics? Smoky reloads in 1.46 seconds, not 0.13 seconds...

Also you can't just consider damage, you also have to consider other aspects such as popular paints, splash damage, cost, rank unlock, etc.

However I do agree that Smoky M3 is really good.

Smoky M3 is good...Vulcan M3, Rico M3 and Firebird M3 are better.

Oh thank you for reload time i choise it on the tanki wiki .I may mistook ^^.

But finally smoky is enough winner ^^.Indeed I don't take care about other parameters .I would only see the basic powerfull in a lap of time of those 2 hulls .

"Smoky M3 is good...Vulcan M3, Rico M3 and Firebird M3 are better."  All depend about the skills of the player But vulcan rico and fire got their default .Even if, for me, firebird is the better of your list. ^^

Does Dictator M3 go well with Smoky M3? I was considering either that or Titan M3 for my larger account. I'm thinking Dictator because of the slightly faster speed and greater over-reach (I have a problem with Smoky shooting my own teammates if they're infront of me), not to mention the huge health and gold-catching ability.

All weapons are good in their own right. Rico and Fire are outclassed by Smoky when the range is over 80 meters. Vulcan, well it takes a bit of dodging and hiding, but two or three Smokies could easily overpower it.

Somewhat like Lord-of-the-Snipers said, at that rank you should only buy smoky m1 if you're willing to spend a fair bit on MUing it. Since the m2 unlocks so late, the designers' expectation is that one will MU it over time to keep up with other turrets that unlock after the smoky m1. That said, if you MU some of the parameters a fair bit right away, or like me bought it when it first unlocked and have been upgrading it over time, it can do very well for you.

If you've never used the smoky since recruit, you may not get results like this.  ;)

I've been using smoky since day one, never changed.

Yep, Smoky is annoying. I often get chased by pretty angry opponents.

I often try to offer them a mine as a sign of peace: it only makes

them even more angry! :o

Hilarious! I've also been using mines more and more. At my rank, far too many firebirds, twins, isidas and freezes are still running straight into your face trying to kill you with brute force. In a pinch, a mine can sometimes solve the problem. I wanna work now on using it as a more tactical element in dogfights.

People do find the smoky strangely annoying. Perhaps because it's relatively uncommon?  In many a battle, the firebirds will be frying to a crisp anybody they get close to, and the twins will have the space bar stuck on 'shoot', yet I'll see someone in the battle-chat cursing out the smoky for killing them too much.

True, a Smoky player can benefit from keeping out of enemy range.

Still with Smoky you almost always need plenty of shots and time to kill your opponents,

Rico 's and Firebirds don 't need that much time to already deal massive damage.

In Pro Battles I sometimes meet Generalissimo 's that are mostly equipped with

Rico or Firebird, do not turn their turret at all, can 't drive backwards properly and yet

they still have great results.

You can 't do that with a Smoky and expect the same results. No way.

That 's why I believe those turrets are "stronger".

About Vulcan: I don 't really think you make a very strong point when you need

two or three Smokies to "easily" overpower a Vulcan... ;)

At my rank many close-rangers are also still using the same straight (nooby) attacks,

so you don 't really have to get used to that! ;)

It 's great when you can stop such a simply delivered and unavoidable death by skillfully placing a mine at the right moment.

Though smarter and skilled close-rangers (mostly on light hulls) will know how to avoid the bait,

the easiest countermeasure they take is not following your centerline, but they simply drive a little sideways from it:

thus always avoiding a nice freshly laid mine... :(

IMO one reason Smoky is annoying, is that the regular shots only take little bites of the enemies health.

Almost like you don 't have to take them seriously...but two, three shots further the damage done suddenly becomes serious...

And a good Smoky player will keep raining shots on you, unless you can find some cover:

and if that Tanker doesn 't know where the Smoky shots come from, which happens...it really becomes annoying! :D
