They tend to have impeccable timing when you just got the turret you wanted and when you are nearly finished MUing it to the max they nerf it.

How did you know i MUed it :D  :D  :D I got smokey m2 to 35/50 and they nerf it :(

I have an Isida-M4 collecting dust in my garage. Back then I figured if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. And just as I completed 48/50, the announcement was made to "adjust" the turrets - and they nerfed Isida BIG time.

I had a marshal account and used rail m3 on it and after they nerfed rail(it was a long time ago a couple of years)i gave the account away. :( I used to be able to 1 shot most hornets and wasps :(

Isida isn't horrible at dm. My alt is the same rank as you with a 38/50 m3 isida, so thats probably why.

How do you have m3 isida at my rank?Are you a really old player like me :D I had marshal with all m3s and i gave it away to friend because rail got nerfed. :(

Yep.

Don't get me wrong it's still strong - it just depends who you're playing against. I used M2 smoky (1/50) right up until marshal rank.

Now that it got nerved do you think i can use it to marshal?Its 28/50 but i also have a fire m2 30/50 with both alterations.Which one will last me to the m3 ranks better?

I tend to lean towards Firebird. Make sure that if you use Firebird's M1 alteration, use it on a flat map like Desert. I used it in Massacre and missed a LOT because the cone is so narrow.

I tend to use it on flat maps but what i find annoying is that i can t burn 3-2 people side by side like with the stock firebird.Its good for 1vs1 or 2vs2 though.

Yes but i didn't use firebird back then,what a pity.Grinding with firebird must have been easy.I used railgun though.

It was fun! Especially from 2nd LT to Lt.Col. Mindless CP battles on a Viking with Spark paint - all was good. Also with mines in the long tunnel on Esplanade. That tight corner made for a perfect ambush by the flag as there was no full-speed takes to an open area.

I remember when 1 firebird could take out me and my team in the center of polygon in seconds. :D Now that i got firebird m2 i want it back :P

I got thunder to 50/50 and they nerf it like the next day. That was 2 years ago. There is no way anyone can trust tanki because no explanation, rhyme, or reason they just change stuff. Like just make HUGE changes without ever discussing it with the players. They are stupid and the players like me who stay and put up with all these cheaters are stupid. The cheaters are totally out of control. 

We need Semyon back. :(

I bought ant kit before the rebalance and I have been playing for like 4 years. I would never give away a account that was marshal no matter how bad the equipment was.

Nerfed or not, I'll still go for the Paladin kit. I still love Smoky. I guess the nerf will just force me to either get better or die a lot.
