And twins will be nerfed but Rico is good enough already in small maps where they bounce such as farm and island and I think Rico be overpowered by then

Twins will get nerfed but will still be effective at their m3, there are some mistakes happened with the stats of m1 and m2, u see them so powerful just like their m3, so i don't think that m3 will get too much affected as much as its m1 and m2, its to suit its price and the rank that they unlock with. not to mention with MUs u will get them back to old stats. and if they really get too much nerfed, then twins players will have the right to ask for refund

I cab buy twins m3, but i would rather keep my crystals to upgrade my hulls first.

and by the way, changes are already happening, freeze became more powerful, twins' damage became much less. may be i just got a glitch i don't know, but it didn't happen before that a freeze can kill titan m3 with rustle paint.

it will have more power but less freeze effect. i think minor changes has been carried on since the last 2 weeks, just go try twins again and try freeze, 

even rail has changed and its damage is now more to the max of its limits unlike before. there is no more pushing effect by twins its just like a sooth rain 

While rico m3 is totally different now than 1 month ago. but not with m2
