It does, have you used it? I did, made a lot of double kills with twins and it has nothing to do with logic? It's about game-play and how you want to play it.

Oh i was right XD , polygon CP ?

Yeah, but what twins user in their right mind would not use the STP alteration?

And don't say free players, because I'm a free player and I easily managed to get it without using real money. If I can do it, then so can any other free player.

The increased projectile speed and range alt is also pretty good though.

A player who likes to be using a long range Twins

Or a player who likes the standerd Twins they can be used to score more in short and medium maps like Old Polygon

True, here is the big difference between the two.

With thunder protection, you've just crippled thunders damage potentiality dealt on you; where as, with twins protection, all you did was just prolong the inevitable when facing them.

Yeah true; a single shot from Twins does far less damage than a single shot from Thunder.

Yet every form of protection is still applied in %.

Are protection modules rigged?

And what logical person would want to use twins with splash damage?

I do.

I use LR Alt most of the time and splash damage does let you hit more than one target.  I've had a few double kills with it.

With STP you lose explosive impact - which I love to use to overturn waspies and hornets.

And for what gain?  At best so you don't kill yourself?

If you let the enemy get so close that you need splash protection, then you need more help than an Alt.

Meh, I've had more double kills and even triple kills with my thunder.

This is a Twins room

Thunder is a splash turret that is what it makes unique

But adding splash to Twins make it more versatile on the battlefield

You can engage multiple enimies at once

That is the purpose of splash damage

I've m4 twins and I think twins are great gun especially for thia maps ( polygon )

(Noise before maganum released ) ( railgun xd ) and of course the fav twins map :( highland before maganum release of coruse

I would buy it on rail coz current rail are a freaking weak junk needs a buff

For the perfect tank for twins its hunter of coruse coz of its amazing stability

Twins currently greatly balanced coz of the splash DMG that hits the twins owner HP I know this a nerf but its a buff in the same time ... And its give some extra skills :) .

Meh, suit yourselves, I'm just glad I ain't in your shoes

That's cool.  Wouldn't want to be in your shoes either, what with you having to wait to reload while Twins is landing them all over you while you wait.

Maybe you need to hold your "my-weenie-is-bigger-than-yours" contest with someone else.  I'm not ... er... equipped.

You do realize that I have m2 twins with the STP alt, right? With this alt, I can beat any noobs with firebird, freeze, and isida at their own game.

So having STP makes you a PRO ?

Well, it has nothing to do with making the player a "PRO".

What I'm saying is that it allows the player to go from a turret that has to keep their distance while shooting, to become like a boxer that can compete against melee ranged turrets like firebird, freeze, and isida at their own range, and can win while having some range.

Yes, STP has that advantage.

But... I find it's just as easy to kill Firebirds, Freeze and Isida from the comfort of my side of the map before they've even managed to leave theirs.

And turning over Hornets and Waspies, you're missing out.

I'm at M3 15/20 and just this week another teammate moaned I kept turning him over.  "Keep outta da way then," I said.

I can't wait for full M4 - LR is gonna be a blast!

That might work when you're up against noobs with those turrets but eventually STP won't be the advantage you think it is.

Like up against Mid / high ranks with other turrets and especially M3/M4s - they can kill you any which way from a further distance than STP works.

I can let tanks get up to 1 tank length away before incurring splash damage, but those turrets can already kill you from many tank lengths away.

And what about up against another Twins player?  You need an advantage, and that's where LR comes in.

Yes it reloads slightly slower, but It hits them harder - enough to make it very hard for them to aim at you.

Presuming you didn't let them get that close in the first place.

In battles, I don't really care about flipping them over. All I care about is getting the kills, because that's the only thing I'm useful at.

But in parkour I can manage to what I like to say "bodyslam other players into submission" and I can be a shooter to boost other players on higher ground.

When you hit them and flip them with LR, they can't hit you (especially if they turned turret to face you side-on, as their gun goes up in the air as they flip) so you keep firing as they're flipping.  Job done, kill achieved and often before they've fired a shot.

Astonished the advantage of flipping them isn't clear as a very fast a way to achieve kills.

Can you tell us what you mean by "LR" since you use it in the last three of your posts in this topic?

I know that i am curnnetly using STP with my M1 10/10 Rico in alt

Will buy it on the next sale for this acc

Well i have been using it without STP and it is good if you know how to deal with each turret
