I think they're both great turrets - this is coming from a guy who's used them both at M2 for a good amount of time.

Well of course you still get frozen in the process of killing them. The  they respawn- not to mention other enemy tanks getting in your way. 

You can just shoot them with shafty or rail ;)

When using freeze i get hid and then when a enemy passes, i freeze them from the back i think it's the best way to battle fast tanks like wasp and hornet; freezing them before ;)

Without drugs? No unless you make your life as a camper. Freeze is more efective on fast tanks with no supplies or medium tanks with supplies.

I agree, Hornet is one of the better hulls with Freeze (I know most turrets are good on Hornet, but Freeze is especially good).

Its a pain in the butt when they keep on freezing u ,but when u have it you are like a troll(plan to buy i ASAP)

Freeze or tundra? I usually use m1 wasp m1 isida or m1 railgun. Used it on noob accounts great for capping flags

well freeze M2 unlocks at the next rank for you, if you can afford it it would be great.  Yesterday after half a year of not using that gun I took it out against some gens in kungur, it was soooooooo fun :D  And I only got it at M2, but still in a drug war it does a great job against those M3/ MU'd gears as long as you avoid the narrow vision shaftmen ;)

 

And since you say you use wasp above, my personal opinion is that freeze is better used on wasp than on hornet for the simple reason that it is way too fun to turn tightly on those tanks at high speed without drifting.  Don't get me wrong, I love drifting , but when I'm freezing people I like to make their heads turn :lol:

On the other hand, tundra is a great paint you'd use till higher ranks, say as far as Major Gen. (2 stars) and a railgun paint is pretty much the of the most essential things to wear on a wasp.  If you can afford to live without tundra now, you could get digital in a couple more ranks which will be more useful till the very high ranks.

I was thinking about digital... those Railgun are so annoying... but after some testing (on the test server, ironically) I discovered that a fully MUed Clay on a fully MUed Viking survives not only 1, but 2 Railgun shots with a Nuclear, so I will wait for then if I want Railgun protection.

What's the best hull for freeze ? Hornet or wasp ? Is the light M3 kit good ? Zeus is a good paint, but I'm not so sure about other two.

Hornet, Viking and Titan are what I recommend. In terms of light, medium and heavy.

They are basically the best of each catagory... maybe not Titan, most long range tanks have faster hulls, they can just run away from you.
