LOL and today i was in a noise battle . I notice how different the bases situations are blue base crowded and lots of people dying and red base all relaxed and you just have to handle with the occasional noob who manages to escape

I did! :D I jumped on top of my teammates with meh M2 Hunter and got it. My team kinda hated me after that, even though I was the top score. And the best part was, there were no freezes to slow me down!

Cedar is pretty useful. I got mine from the M1 Medium Tank kit, and it's been serving me well since WO3.

Nope.

 

1. Freeze was designed to reliably slow down enemies. If you make the freezing random, it'll be much less useful.

2. 5% is a really, really small percentage. You would only very rarely freeze enemies.

3. Freeze has been nerfed several times already.
