thunder + Dictator can shoot with more vertical range "higher and more lower" than when using titan .. you can't shoot the top stage of polygon with titan when you are at the center, but you can with dictator .. 

 

However the +30 to titan has made from titan "as heavy" and hunter as "medium to fast" better options now when compared to speed/hp .. also may be many didn't notice that dictator is wider than titan and even taller .. 

that why dic thunder is best combo for Poly CP,i got that combo m4 at high account and is magic xD

I think Thunder on a surface that lets you use the splash impact is capable of the job.

I don't know about unflipping a titan, but I once flipped a titan to it's side with my freeze and hornet in silence. :D

Titan is epic!  have it m4 , im basicly indistructible. I dont know why people say titan sucks, in my opinion its the best hull.

I have been absolutely loving Titan with Thunder. This combo is so devastating! I can often take out 6 or 7 tanks before being destroyed. And there's pretty much nothing that can touch you if you grab a double damage power-up. Then other tanks just start dropping like flies :D

The fact is that it's not so large and it's too low, the center of gravity is messed up.. it doesn't suit all the weapons in the game as mammoth does. (in my opinion)

i have mammoth m3 and titan m3 on my good account and i greatly prefer titan. thats becase with titan i can start out with thunder then switch to freeze and do just as well. this can be said only for a few  other hulls, such as hornet and hunter and viking.
