At M3 it 's all up to the crystals you have ánd want to spend!

Indeed i do agree with you that MU get you early access to stuff you can't normally access at the current rank you are in, however, what i meant "it isn't worth it" i was talking about the financal side, MU a railgun M1 costs X3 the normal upgrade.

MU's are effective, howe,ver, extremely expensive, thus, i believe you should only start "MU" after you have a full M3 Garage. :)

In that case ok, but saying "isn 't worth it" goes a bit too far IMHO.

In the case of MU 'ing everything at M0 to M2 to the max. I most definetely agree with you,

it is not worth it at all!

 

Even if you get the "big" full MU discount which is already long paid for out of your own pocket...... :P

 

A (smart ;) ) player can decide to only micro-upgrade the first steps of the turret 's damage and the hull 's HP.

This is not that expensive and I am convinced that if the player is skilled enough it will actually

be profitable in the long run.

 

Simply because thanks to the extra HP you survive longer, so have more playtime and also because

of the "damage micro-upgraded turret": kill and earn more! :)

^^^ Short battle with the practice account, lots of druggers (continuously the two D/L +3 jokers  :angry: ) and quite rare in Polygon DM: plenty of Railers!

Finally happy with my 15% Forester..... ;)

 

At least I showed that the "easy" target had some "bloody sharp MU 'd teeth" :)

I love Titan, but I'm low on crystals, so no more MU for awhile :P

Anyway, it still is a very good hull, and I use it with Thunder, Smoky and Firebird (lol defense only).

I used to like Mammoth and Thunder better, also because it looks so much cooler, but Titan ia the better choice since it is faster, has more power, the armor difference is minor, and it is lower to the ground and more balanced

it is the best tank in the game IF you had you MU done. turning speed make mamoth to blush. :) fast, agile, strong, not so wide, you can jump with him with almost any weapon ( depends on the height when jumping with freeze) :)

Titan is way better than Mammoth:

1. M3 Titans have almost same speed as M0 Viking - just MU the speed, power, and health, and you will be unstoppable!

2. Titan-Smokies are almost indestructible!

3. Heavy hull M3 kit (which include Titan) have a bunch of expensive paints, M3 Titan-Smoky, and a bunch of DRUGS!!!!!!

I find it too slow... I prefer to run rings around my opponets (with my VIking :lol: ), not have rings run around me.

True, but you use the speed of your Viking and keep moving around. I prefer that myself too.

It is an effective style and at least gives more fun, I think.

 

But if you are skilled with your weapon (medium-, long distance in this case) and are not so keen on the

"moving your tank around part" than Titan is an excellent choice! Only Mammoth M3 can come close.

 

Really tough tank, hard to kill! B)

In the nooby levels Titan users are often able to dominate because players are unable to consistantly hit them, but higher up players just run around them or ignore them...

Mammoth's only use is camping and that alone is why I bought it. Titan should cover your needs for a heavy hull.

Who, me? If so, I have M2 Mammoth but not M2 Titan - I don't buy crystals; I wouldn't be seen dead with the Hull Kit.

I would even be found with a kit... ever. :lol: Mainly because of their price, but also because they have drugs, and I have never bought drugs except for when my friend came over and bought 40 Nuclears when I went to get a drink... :(

I do want to be found dead with the hull kit, because the Viking M2 ( it also contains the Hunter M2, Revilo ;) )

has proven for me to be a good and early antidote against druggers, but as a "clean" Tanker I hated

that I had to buy those included 170 supplies of each. :(

 

Than again if you do not use the drugs, what 's the problem?

I think it was a screenshot from Husto that showed his incredible amount of supplies that he did not use at all.

Really liked that: hardcore druggers must get insane if they see those huge quantities of unused drugs! :lol:

I still use the odd rug against other druggers, but from now on I'm going clean. BTW, I was thinking about getting that kit, so maybe I will be found dead with a kit. :lol: I always liked Hornet, and Hunter has been a possiblilty too, so I might well get that kit.
