How much less and how much faster? What do you predict?

There's obviously no way of us knowing but I predict it will be like:

 

M3-

 

HP: 292 (current M2)

Speed: 6.1

speed will be more, as I remember something like 7.0.

Hp I really don't know, hope around that.

 

 

However

Dictator will be the best tank ever for nearly the majority of missions 

Nope, dictator will be like before rebalance aka die in two rail M3 shots. It will be fast but less stable. (speed /= stability)

i meant he said it will stay as a less maneuverable hull, that means it wont get faster in speed btw 6 - 7 as it had been said above "i know handling is different than speed, but they are correlated as well"

you are right, and its not only for some hulls but for some guns as well

however the new coming microupgrades will make people who have the M3 items be able to upgrade them to M4

and there will be the big difference

with the Mu's titan will be the best when drugging, unlike mammoth, it will be slow like a turtle

because the nitro will increase speed only by 30%

Titan seems pointless. Its only a little bit faster than mammoth. its ugly, everyone agrees with that. And why buy titan if you can get mammoth?

when i use titan m3, i feel its of the same speed of viking despite the 0.7 speed difference, its much more powerful, and its better than the big easy target mammoth, so stopped using viking

It's a weird tank. You gotta stick long with m1 and i think it's slow and hasn't got enough health for it's slowness. I will never j
