+1, completely agree with the point. Whilst there is such a thing as staff (obviously) a distinction shouldn't really be made, there are just those players who can ban, lock, answer questions, write in the newspaper, make maps, and so forth. Everyone though is a player and should be considered as such, rather than as "staff" and "normal people". Everyone should be judged on who they are. :P

We can be called players, yes, but then if you look at the definition of staff: 'All people employed by a particular organization' then we could also be called staff because we are people employed by Tanki. It really just depends on how you look at it. ;)
