What are you thoughts on this hull? Share you opinion! 

 

Garage description:

 

Medium hull. It has the fastest speed among all medium hulls. Overdrive greatly increases the damage of its turret, thanks to the increased rate of fire.

This hull encompasses all of the latest military technologies combined in a single piece of engineering art. Enhanced armor and a second-generation tracks system make this hull an outstanding universal tank. The hull can be used for any type of battle missions -- from a strategic defense to a full-frontal assault. Named after the legendary warriors of the North, “Viking” is the most fearsome after overdrive activation. Supercharged weapon system will greatly increase the firing speed of any turret installed on the hull, swiping enemies off the battle with incredible ease. The best use of its superpower is to launch a surprise attack, since firing on all cylinders Viking quickly becomes the primary target for enemy snipers. That’s fair, considering true warriors always face death heads on.

Viking is very good but if it had the power of mammoth and speed of hornet it would have been way better

it works well with freeze and rail and thunder and shaft. it is very fun to use. yes it is worth the crystals :)

Vikorail as good as Dicorail? I've tried railing on a viking and it's that stability (which most people loved) which annoyed me. Much harder to shoot off lodges or onto ledges because of it's stability. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Should I get M1 Viking or M1 Hornet? If I get M1 Viking, I can use it with M1 Smoky and maybe M1 Isida. If I get M1 Hornet, I can use it with Isida and Smoky, and M1 Hornet has good speed.

Looks like Hornet has +1 more benefit for you- speed. So you should get Hornet probably.

Excellent hull. Worth the price. I have always used Viking, Rail, and Forester, that's my tank in almost every battle.

i think that its only drug hull- buying this slow sh*t u need to know that hornet is better choose.

In my opinion its waste of crystals

Viking works with most weapons, and Dictator does not. :)

Viking after microupgrades has more hp than dictator and a speed of 7.5 m/s, making it one of the best tanks to use. But now without them it isn't very good

I bought Viking m1 on the sale and I kinda regret it. Why? Well... Hornet m2 is way more maneuverable and Viking is only good with long range weapons. I'm an isida player mostly, and hornet fits my needs with smoky too. It's a good combo. Should have never wasted my hard earned cry on Viking.

Isn't Smoky good with Viking? I bought Hornet on the sale, and whenever I use Smoky/Hornet in Polygon DM's I wish I'd gotten Viking.

+1. At M1 and M3 Viking is completely outclassed by Dictator - that's definitely worth the extra crystals.

Viking now has no "role". What happens now, is stronger than light tanks, but slow as hell compared with them, the difference in hp doesn't match the lack of speed. Compared with heavy tanks, the marginal advantage in speed doesn't make up for the huge difference on hp in favor of heavy tanks. It's supose to be balanced, but for me is slightly weak. Is still "playable", but not even close enough to be a factor in clan wars except for specific maps/weapons.

Do you have a way to test it at M3 level in battles where everybody is full M3? On the stats, looks great compared with others hulls until M2, but is not the same at M3.

Pretty average. Probably the best looking in my opinion :p
