M3 dictator is simply a better performer than viking, mainly because of its much greater hp count. Well, the developers obviously are trying to balance the game, so what's the catch? Viking is a bit faster but that doesn't make up for its lack of hp. The reason is that dictator is huge(bigger than Titan), and clumsy, and looks like a dodge minivan(without the exessive rust). It's size makes it an easy target and its height makes it easy to hit on ramps. It's height also prevents it from hitting fast moving tanks with twins and rico by shooting ahead, because the shots fly over. So, when all this is taken into account, viking and dictator are equal(would the devs have it any other way).

You can't really say that one particular turret/hull is better than the other. They are all balanced and are useful in different areas. It all depends on which tank you have the most fun with.

yeah,its all about fun, like I live my shaft/thunder with hunter, BUT,

see all these new comers, do they really have fun with rail?

 

they just see that XP is mostly appreciated and loved by people so DUH, they pick up XP,

while they can do better with other hulls,

 

same kinda goes for Vik/thu :)

My go to combo right now is Viking/Isida - absolutely powerful hull. If you grab a speed boost your a demon in CTF

You've got a point there. A lot of combos are overused. It does get boring seeing the same combos all the time.

Viking's reduced speed hampers its effectiveness with short-ranged turrets, therefore Hunter is overall the most versatile hull...

i still not know why hunter is not popular in players eyes .-.

hunter m3 is used almost in every match of star series and many players watch these matches but they still want to use just viking >_>
