Do you have a way to test it at M3 level in battles where everybody is full M3? On the stats, looks great compared with others hulls until M2, but is not the same at M3.

+1. At M1 and M3 Viking is completely outclassed by Dictator - that's definitely worth the extra crystals.

 

viking will be perfect with rail gun also with dictator, but viking is worth the crystals ur right

Viking now has no "role". What happens now, is stronger than light tanks, but slow as hell compared with them, the difference in hp doesn't match the lack of speed. Compared with heavy tanks, the marginal advantage in speed doesn't make up for the huge difference on hp in favor of heavy tanks. It's supose to be balanced, but for me is slightly weak. Is still "playable", but not even close enough to be a factor in clan wars except for specific maps/weapons. 

Viking m3 not worth it.... I own them with my m2 mammoth and m2 smoky.  I'm actually happy to see one because they are not fast enough to hide before I can kill them and big enough theyre easy targets.

Even though Viking might have the worst medium tank stats ever, it looks awesome! And also, a real good player shouldn't only go for the stats, because you really proof you're good when you beat others with ease, while their tanks might be much better, stronger, faster.  ^_^

Isn't Smoky good with Viking? I bought Hornet on the sale, and whenever I use Smoky/Hornet in Polygon DM's I wish I'd gotten Viking.

Viking smoky is an alright combo for DM's. but if you have m1, (which is what I have) it's pretty hard to get used to. It isn't my play style, I'm a pretty good hornet player.

It's one of the best hulls; it's got the speed, the HP, the stability; you can't go wrong.

I prefer to mount Thunder on Wasp instead of Mammoth.

Viking is actually a good hull. I have been using it for about 1 month now, and I am proud of it. Very good for everything. Fast and durable.

Best turrets for Viking:

Ricochet

Shaft

Isida

Twins

Worst for Viking:

Smoky because:

Smoky is a good starter, but combined with Viking, not a good way to fight. Smoky is the most basic of the turrets and is not very good.
