If you wanna call that "capping" a flag, be my guest. If no work is involved for you to get a flag, you don't deserve it. Just the way I see it. There may be ways to create opportunities to get some flags in that map, but simply taking a flag from a teammate and capping it is kinda...

i know but thats the only way u could do it

The effectiveness of mammoth solely depends upon the turret and map. in small maps like hill, arena and island mammoth can be paired well with short and medium ranged guns. a firebird + mammoth in island CP could change the game. while in large maps mammoth can be combined very well with long ranged guns. guns such as wins and vulcan posses the boon of infinite ammunition and mammoth's high HP allows them to utilize their full potential and can a disaster on the battlefield: mammoth is the best hull for drug wars due to its amazingly high health( best with twins and vulcan in drug wars). overall mammoth is a good hull for small map CPs with short-medium ranged guns and effective in large/medium maps with medium-long ranged guns.

^ Stuff like Rico, Rail, and possibly Hammer don't work well with Mammoth... For Rico, you run out of Plasma and either have to reload or fire at a very low rate; either way, you're going to die. Rail's common problem is the Reload, I don't care how much of a "Pro" you might think you are, Rail's reload will always be a downfall for you. Hammer's got the same issue, so no need to elaborate on that.

I think this is not true.

If there is a mammoth-ricochet, there are someone who have to run but he/she is not mammoth-ricochet.

Have enough damage, range and ammo to kill anythink with one clip. If an army comes, he/she might die, but that's it. Another way, he would die with hit-and-run attacks and damage which he/she gets with time.

Railgun-mammoth works well with drugs and for an open area, or just for camp behing a wall or someting like a wall, looks pretty useless, but if you don't have shaft or thunder...

Hammer may work like a twins on very small or sometimes even medium-small maps (like polygon)

^ I think if the mammy Rico plays hide and seek more, it wouldn't face groups often. But in poly, spawns are all over the place randomly, so at times it will face more than one enemy at times. It can't fire continuously at the pit without having to reload n slow to capture CP.

Despite these weaknesses, with its stronger ratio of winning 1 v 1 in skirmishes, is it still a good combo to play in polygon cp/small maps? In small maps, wouldn't the Rico ball hit the enemy faster due to small spaces, so does it mean it recharges quicker?

From old YouTube videos it seem to be a force to reckon with, but now, I'm not so sure.

Ricochet and one-point CP? No. Maybe for some uncrowded games, but that's it.

For one-point CP, you should prefer twins, vulcan, thunder, firebird, and of course, isida

For multi-point CP, you can prefer basically everythink, but shaft, thunder, vulcan and ricochet are better

Sorry, silly question: All of these recommendations suits Mammy right ? Sadly capturing the point seems hard for mammy.

This is not hard for some maps, for example Polygon CP, Highland CP, Sandbox CP

Maybe a problem for Magistral CP or Serpuhow if you use twins or ricochet

Firebird and İsida may need something lighter

A mammoth shaft-thunder-vulcan can save 3 point from just one point. But this types of battles are rare.

Wait... capturing points is hard for Mammoth? How's that possible when this game tries to DICTATE that heavy tanks are meant to defend? Unless of course you don't create the opportunity to make it to a point yourself, I wouldn't say it's impossible to move around with it.

@ KidVegito:

Because medium-light tankers usually make it to the point faster and capture it before the mammy does.(Without nitro)By the time you get to the pit, it's taken. Mammy is defensive yes, but people usually target it first.

@kaysitiz

which map you can use mammoth user to save 3 points?
