I remember when some drugging Rail/Hornets thought they were so pro in Monte Carlo by 1 hitting everything. Then I got Thunder/Mammy/Tundra with the two friendly Izzies backing me up. Let's just say I was getting hit by a beam that felt like a Smoky from 200m away and Hornets were....a dark metallic colour afterwards

I have a M3 Titan and M3 Mammoth and I wish they would increase the speed of Mammoth to that of Titan and I would use Mammoth all the time. The tank is frustratingly slow to myself and is usually gets in peoples way being so slow. Make Mammoth faster please and maybe people would buy it and or use it.

With an M3 Mam, tell people to go around you  <_< . Don't see why you're complaining , M3 Mam is as fast as M1 Titan with is what I drive. 

 

If Mam went same speed as Tit no one would buy Titan.

 

Upgrade your speed to 5, and tell those wasps to get out your way :D

Mammoth is great for sniping, and I personally feel that it's better with shaft than thunder.

 

I recommend using mammoth on Monte Carlo when on defense because you will be better protected when sniping

I disagree, unless you're below the slope. That's the only position where a Mammoth can escape once it fires a shot. Otherwise, although they're tough to take out, they are easy targets and I've seen many Mammoths get taken out straight away, unless they resort to heavy drugging. In short, they're sitting ducks, specially when you got so many Railguns and Shafts onto you. A lot of players get beaten hard when they choose this combo, specially at Monte Carlo. Very few can adapt to the map's tough conditions, like one defender I recall in a recent Monte Carlo game who saved 2 flags as a Mammoth Shaft, single handedly, when I was either taken down or not in position to help defend.

 

Mammoth and Twins is much more and extremely effective in almost any map. A Mammoth can just sit on the flag and throw nearby enemy tanks off their aim. When there's good cover while defending, Mammoth Isida or Firebird is a good choice too.

 

A lot of Mammoth Shafters think they can get away with shot from a Shaft, but they're either too slow to react or they just noobishly sit and wait to get thrashed.

This situation can quickly change for shaft if:

1. You have Jade, Progidi something

2. You camp near to drop zones

3. You have high knockback skill

4. Yoo MUed speed, so you can hide-and-shoot

 

This situation can quickly change for twins if:

1. The flag is on an open area

2. Your team is not helpful

 

There is not "every" or "not any" in this game, unless you specialize the topic too much
