No offense, but you are kinda stating the obvious here.  Plus, who would LOVE the low speed and HATE the high protection? :P

 

Would you use Mammoth in actual battle? Do you enjoy it and think it fits your playstyle?

Wasp was as slow as mammy once and was weak as heck

I love mammoth due to the massive HP buffer, so I can stick thunder on it and call it the "Heavy Artillery".

 

Also good with twins.

Mammoth is only better than titan at the M0 level, but M1 and M2 Titan has more HP M3 and M4 they have the same but Titan is faster. Yeah less pushing power, but who uses titan or mammoth for gold catching? :3

Depends on your play style.Mammoth is better for camping and flag-sitting while titan is better for more aggressive game play and being a midfielder.Mammoth also has a better hull shape for the peek-a-boo tactic but is larger then titan.

 Titan has the same HP, is faster, and is taller than the mammoth. at least the dictator is tall as a consolation prize. Mammoth doesn't even have that.

True, but Mammoth weighs more, has more horsepower and is actually about half a meter taller than titan.

Weight and power actually matter in a vehicle, they determine how hard the hull is to push and how hard the hull can push others.

You're right. Weight is a very important aspect. The reason most people don't use light hulls at Legend rank is because the light hulls are too easy to steer off course, knock off aim, and flip.

i have my dream hull

a full 50-50 m4 mammoth

it is an amazing hull at this level

been using mine a while now and i can honestly say you have to try one out at this level to fully appreciate how good it is

But it has more pushing power which is actually useful for pushing people of control points,flags,and gold drop zones.Just to name a few things.Its turret also has better placement.

The acceleration and turret placement helps for sniping, the weight and power help for flag sitting, etc.

They should buff the HP.  :wub:

 

Another strength of this hull: very good pushing power. I can push my teammates easily off the flag point in AS mode which means I can carry the flag when it returns.

Speed is very low but at least I can use my SB supplies.  :mellow:

I'm not a Mammoth user but on the testservers before and after.

 

I can say it's a lot better with short-ranged guns. Also, it's better in larger maps. However, if you had a medium range gun like Smoky, Rico, or Twins on it, the performance decreased, especially since those guns require a lot of time out of cover.
