Don't worry...the only one that can really teach you wasp controlling skills, is the experience you get from battles by using it! In one acc...i played from recruiter till 2nd liutenant with only that combo. And that is actually pretty long time...but that's when i realised that's the combo for me! You just practice that combo and you will see if you like it or not!

Extreme killer don't kill urself off please. He was asking wats best for close range and I replied that firebird is something found good on a weak hul so I suggested him to bang a firebird in a weak hull

Wasp after the new physics it just turned more terrible, the only practical use will be on playing no supplies battles

I know it will need more time to get to know how to handle this wagon "not tank", but yet it unlocks at a higher rank than hornet and viking, and its m3 is much more costy, thus its supposed to be much better than hornet, however now it turned too much speedy and too much unstable, and very little difference in speed than hornet.

After the new physics when you drive it, then its just like someone been stung by a bee and running everywhere to no where

What do you mean by more terrible? So are you saying that Wasp without the new Physics is already terrible?

 

There are differences between every tank. Each tank has its own specific aspect that makes it its own individual. After all, we don't want all tanks feeling the same.

 

It looks to me like Wasp's aspects are simply not for you. However, that doesn't make it a terrible Hull. I myself tried it on Test server and it's still pretty nice. I like it.

Obviously you have NO CLUE about wasp! I have already told to peaple like you: "If you guys can't use something properly, that doesn't mean it is terrible." Grow up :lol:

 

 Don't worry, once new physx are out, i will make you feel sorry for calling wasp "terrible".

and you can ask yourself why clans prefer hornets, look at all clans' battles and see what they prefer, you will see max of one player in the team is using wasp, and they keep flipping. so by this you are accusing some of the best clans' members of not being professional.

Well...i'm sorry that my PC is not strong enough for a video...i could proove you wrong in no time......sure wasp is not THE BEST IN DRUG WARS...although in some maps it is...obviously you are from those druggers who play farm-island.....try to drug with wasp in Sandbox-Kungur_Serpuhov, and you will see. I have posted my NS battles with wasp m1 against enemies at your rank....you could stop being lazy and just look up for then in wasp topic. Now i don't play drug wars simply cause i am not a buyer and can't match my drugs against all those buyers who play in drug wars. But i myself remeber beating 2 druggers in Sandbox (they were mammoth m1-freeze m2 and hornet m1- freeze m2)...i had wasp m1 -smoky m1 on drugs...you can believe this or not...idc really...but i'm honestly saying that i pawned them....2vs1 and i still won. So i don't agree with you at all from knowing this through experience...now if you went to drug with wasp in Farm-Island...well...that's not my fault! You should know (as a "Marshal" you are) that every map has it's best combos and Farm-Island favour mammoths-hornets on freezes...not wasp! Now i can suggest you tons of maps to be succesfull with wasp veery easily...Forest...Kungur....Serpuhov...Sandbox....Station...Boombox...Garder...Fort Knox...Desert...Bobruisk....i'm tired! In all those..even if a drug war..if it's a CTF drug war wasp gonna be superior from any med-heavy hull. In DM you can too...but there you need skills to survive with wasp!

I always own with wasp and smoky, wasp thunder is good at m1 coz I remember using it but at m2 it's not the best.

 

Isida: my isida m3 and wasp m2 combo is really good and I use it a lot more due to m3 isida as it kills Viking and dictators after a big of strain. Plus it's speed allows me to get to enemy quickly as well as heal the people in my team and with prodigi and emerald I have a good chance of survivability as thunder and rail are good killers of wasp.

 

Now freeze on wasp is very contraversial my friend. It's good for stopping flag runners of ur flag and not good protecting flag due to its low health.

 

As a attacking weopon it's okay to go against a railgunner but against all others u time to destroy a hull with freeze and the health to back up your attacking to get that kill.

 

All in all. Firebird if ur behind a hull just spray for a while and then make a run with the fast speed it has got. Even if it's a confrontation in the battlefield, if u shoot and spray the enemy hull then even if u die u will get ur kill. So either way you get what u want with firebird. The bad thing about fire is that if remaine has a railgun he will probably drug to make sure I don't kill him ( well that's what I think ) ;)

With Railgun, I don't bother fighting you. It's a useless turret in terms of drugging.

With Freeze, I'll use a DP yes, so I can deal damage.

And I only drug when you drug which is all the time.
