Don't mean to rain on anyone's parade here but to be honest I just see wasps as easy kills, only missed a couple of shots on wasps because of their speed and maneuverability, but wasp and railguns that peek-a-boo from behind walls are slightly irritating. Only takes about a quarter of shafts energy for easy one shot. 

thats what wasps are . the unpredictable underdog of tanks.

In my eyes, when you get to grips with Wasp (which may sometimes take a while) it can be a little WONDER. 

I absolutely love this hull, my second favourite after Hornet.

Though it sounds weird, Wasp and Hammer feels like a nice combo, especially for parkour fighting (which I try XD).

But it's awesome with firebird, freeze or isida because it's speed always lets you catch up and slow down/burn enemies or heal your teammates on the frontline. A bit fiddly with railgun's recoil, but still a deadly combo.

I think Wasp should be appreciated more. It's a great hull and it's not about showing off, it's about being there at the most important battle moments. M1 Wasp is totally worth it, (only 13.1k!) but I use it just as much as I use my beloved Hornet. Going out there with low HP is a brave thing The last thing I have to say:                              Wasp is not about the bling - it's about the sting.  ;)  :)

Here's how wasp is better than hornet-

 

Wasp m1 leaves hornet m1 away

M2 has more armor, speed and manoeuvrability

I don't know about m3

 

Here are the problems-

M2 wasp is a long way away from m1

Of course, instability

Very light, able to flip

Armour is damn low

 

Also, these disadvantages are there for a reason. Not every hull is perfect unless it's user is. So don't underestimate this boy over here.

And for the non waspers out there-

 

You better protect your flag when you see this with nitrous

I feel if tanki lowered wasp some it would make it more stable and more closer to the ground like it's brother "Hornet" That just my opinion i hope they make changes to wasp. I've been noticing that for awhile Why would they make wasp so high>?? It's like they wanted it to flip? :wacko:  If you want people to keep using it lower it a little it should make it more stable and easier to use. :D

 

Ps: i Don't want my wasp to become a hornet either tho.... :P

you need maps where

- you can actually hide behind objects often

and/or

- you have longer distances to cover

 

-> So you are poor of in Arena, Island, Ping-Pong against a bunch of Titan-Twinners (too less cover, no advantage of your speed)

-> But you do very well in Rio, Serpuchov, RedAlert, Sandal, .. to name just a few.

    Also Stadium TDM (as you are fast enough to invade the other team's stronghold), ...

 

Of course you have to think more, as you need to take paths that give you cover and set you into a good position.. the low HP forces you to take each advantage you can get.

Therefor it makes more fun on the other hand, as the tank controls are so precise :)

So true people say hornet is better cuz wasp flips too easily but the facts is they have about the same amount of weight and in m2 case the wasp in-fact has MORE weight. Got love wasp  :wub:  :)
