I'd think that Wasp-Freeze-Winter would be more like a penguin. Winter has black in addition to white; quite similar to a penguin. Freeze, for obvious reasons, and Wasp since, well, it's small.

Speaking of Wasp-Freeze-Winter, I should get that combo someday. I loved Wasp-Freeze on the test server, and it was really effective even against M3s. Winter is a good paint for both protection and camouflage.
