I use Firebird, Isida and Freeze and am a Warrant Officer 4; I am a TRUE close-combat player, what paint would be ideal for me?

I was thinking Tundra or Cedar, possibly Electra?

I mostly used Corrosion around your rank for similar style of play.  Tundra is very good as well as it pretty much eliminates the threat of rail.  In fact, I still use Tundra on larger maps where there will be tons of rails and smokys, its just not very good for smaller maps.  My recommendation would be, get one paint that protects from longer range guns for larger maps and one paint that protects from shorter range weapons for smaller maps.

Hey, I'm looking for a good paint around WO2. I usually play Hornet or Mammoth on medium maps. Ideally I want protection from Rail, Smoky and Fire, in descending order of importance. BTW, it's alright if the paint is for WO5 or so.

You know, I was thinking Tundra, but I do really get annoyed with Fire. At least they mostly disappear at Lieutenant ranks.

I need to get a new paint that has twins protection as twins have taken over tanki lately especially in DM's.  I can buy Urban now, which basically makes it discouraging for twins to even try to kill you (40% protect).  When I see a tank with urban and I'm armed with twins I just aim elsewhere. 

 

The problem with urban is, its other protections aren't that great, I really couldn't care less about having isida protection and the other protects by urban are minimal.  

 

My question is Urban now, which is great against twins or wait and get Emerald when I rank one more time.   Emerald has 26% protect from twins and 42% against thunder, which is huge because thunders are still a huge threat too if you don't have paint to protect from them.

Hmm....tough choice but I will certainly go for emerald because it has the protection against 3 weapons that are dominating the battlefields right now.Urban is somewhat useless and somewhat useful (To me of course with the 20% protection against isida) But 5% firebird and 5% ricochet protection? What a waste of crystals! And both of those weapons are hardly seen anymore.So I would go for emerald than (Oh and that 26% protection against twins makes a HUGE differences) .

I think emerald can be better als urban . Indeed if you play in little map like Island Farm etc. you can't fight with a thunder then you should buy urban but if you play in moderate maps like silence you also should buy emerald . What is the tank do you use with ?

 

And me ? Is Savanna a good paint fort hornet-rail ??

Seriously.. I don't know.. Thunder are annoying when drugging or whrn I use hornet.. Twins are suite rare as I play with low ranks.. Smoky too for same reason but both become popular later..
