Garage description:

 

Medium hull. Known for stability and its size. Overdrive activates the effect of all supplies for itself and all nearby allies.

Thanks to an improved system of active protection and the latest composite material used in its construction, this hull successfully absorbs the energy of explosions from a round of any caliber, while still remaining a medium hull. Activation of its overdrive will force both attack and defensive supplies of the tank and nearby allies to activate. You will be fully repaired, extra protected, and gain more speed, plus also drop a mine. Pre-installed overdrive reactor doesn’t require user’s supplies to work. The owner of such hull can easily lead the team into a full assault, taking the blunt of the attack, thanks to the size of the hull making it a perfect target for the enemy.

Hugely unpopular, but I love this hull. Its height, its bounciness, everything.

In my opinion; this hull is good in stats; it can be used with a lot of success; BUT people don't use it. Why ? Because it is too much expensive; and it unlocks at generalissimo; and people prefer mammoth to dictator generally. And also the fact that if you have not a lot of crystals; using dictator M2 until you reach generalissimo DESTROY your gameplay.

I agree with you, however Dictator's stats are way better than Hunter's or Viking's, so perhaps microupgrades will make it more popular.

Uglyness should not be considered... anyways dictator is very good with rail, if you like it too. The bad thing is the rank with which you unlock m3, but it's worth its price

I have M3 dict/rail before RB, and I love it. It used to be the best value for money, not anymore.

In clan wars, good clans use dictator railgun because it is A MONSTER. If hiding behind a wall, dictator's height doesn't even matter. It has phenomal speed for its health and with rail, it can shoot all sort of places... extreme low places and extreme high places without even have to move since railgun has a semi-autoaim. I wish to have dictator rail someday. I currently have rail m3 ^_^

I think it's the best choice up to 3rd Lieutenant, and an excellent choice for Generalissimos. But in between it's totally not worth it.

Only case i've see succesfully use dictator. His size and lack of stability make it hard to play. Useless with drugs. Very vulnerable to recoil weapons like twins or smoky. Weak against wasp/short range weap(the turret position is tricky against small tanks). In my opinion, waste of crystals.

Disagree, the stability is so bad. The size is quite a major problem but I would use that to my advantage rather than to my disadvantage ( catching gold boxes and shooting tanks where normal tanks can't usually reach). Wasp is a lot more unstable than a dictator. However, I would never really use a weapon like firebird or freeze with dictator. If a tank rams it in the side there's no way that it could shoot it or rather, it would just shoot over the enemy hull. Probably the best combo with dictator is one using thunder or railgun or maybe smoky

I would rather use twins with mammoth than dict, sure you get the speed and maneouvrability but to use twins, you need to confront the enemy out in the open to make the most out of your shots, using a tank with high health such as titan or mammoth would be better as it increases your survival chances, plus twins isn't needed to have hull with loads of speed to use so why not use a hull like mammoth?

 

Most people despise dictator because of it's high rank requirement, cost, height and stability and would rather go with viking. I personally still like dictator more than viking or hunter but at m2, dictator is definitely one of the weakest hulls and I don't use it very often.
