Let me say one thing this is the best hull to get Gold Boxes with! When I bought it M3 I never hated this hull at all. The only thing that bothers me is its size. Dictator needs an 'Over Size' label on the back of it.  :P

Dictator might take some time to getting used to (especially if you're a hardcore light hull player), but once you get the hang of it, you can really wreak some havoc. It's especially good at M1 from what I've heard, where it has a ton of health compared to other M1 hulls (same health as Titan) and pretty great speed.

 

Still waiting for a 50% sale on Wasp, Dictator, and Railgun so I can get everything I need for a long time (until First Lieutenant). The wait is killing me.
