You've never tried M1 Dictator them. M1 Dictator is hands down one of the best M1 hulls; it's reasonably fast (M0 Viking speed) and has the health of M1 Titan. It's a heavy hull with a medium hull's speed. It pairs perfectly with medium and long range weapons, like Twins, Thunder, Ricochet, Railgun, and Shaft.

Yeah, probably.

 

I think the best (read: most significant improvements over M0) M1 hulls are Hunter and Dictator. Hunter gets a 65 ish increase in health and about 1 mph increase in speed. Dictator gets about 80 extra hit points and 0.7 extra speed.

I wouldn't recommend MUing your M0 stuff that much. It costs a lot of crystals that you could use for buying M1 stuff, which you'll obtain pretty soon.

i think i will be able to finish rail and hunter mu's by wo3, so 70% is pretty good + advantage of mu's.

I hope you realize that the 70% discount you get on the next modification is nothing close to the amount of crystals you spend to MU it. If you choose to fully MU something, you're actually losing a lot of money.
