M3 dictator is so tough and yet, still fast. Although it is not to popular (this is changing though), besides its awkward size, it is the best m3 in regards to performance. Viking should be a little tougher to match it.

dic has more armour that viking at m3 & viking is faster than dic but dic's turning speed weight & power makes it better than viking

The little bolt icon doesn't indicate 'pushing force' but merely acceleration. To get a hulls PUSHING power, you need to multiple the acceleration stat times the weight. F=ma like Newton stated

 

It doesn't take a mathematician to notice that Titan can push Viking. Basically the same accel but 50% heavier. Duh. Even though Mammoth has the weakest accel, it has a huge amount of weight. Now, Viking and Dictator aren't that obvious. But the numbers don't lie. And even with a little experimentation, you'd know that Viking wasn't the strongest hull

EDIT: All your numbers: Titan: 4500*1600= 7,200,000

                                        Mammoth: 5500*1100=6.050,000

                                        Dictator: 3300*1500+ 4,950,000

                                        Viking: 2700*1700=4.590,000

I used to gold hunt viciously with Dictator. It was my only valid reason for using this hull; now I have grown to like it, and appreciate a lot of it's attributes!

Great turning speed, heigh allows to shot opponents' turret directly. Excellent heal and speed. Near-mounted.

rail+dic used to be the most popular combo b4 hornet was introduced to the game 

dics height gives it a significant advantage over rail+hornets & sometimes it takes 3 rail shots of the same rail modification to destry a dic

Dictator is still good with Railgun, as it has a decent speed for its health and with the turret position at the back of the hull, peek-a-boo tactics work well.  Hunter-Railgun is normally only used in clan wars, but it be a decent combo in regular battles.

It's a good combo, before the update, it used to flip Hornets + Wasps with ease.
