Are you guys joking?  Dictator is the best combo of speed and hp in the game.  I've seen m3 dict m3 smoky combos owning battles.  Same with dict/twins at m3.

Well I'll give u the last three, but Ricochet?  I absolutely can't stand Rico, mine is still at m0 and only used it about 2 times not sure where u got that one from.

Ricochet is awesome if you can use it properly.

Titan really is bad.

Hunter's an exceptional hull.

Dictator's height gives it an advantage.

 

There's no issue with having unpopular weapons.

The only reason they are unpopular is because it takes time and effort to learn to use them to their full potential. People put on Mammoth and Twins, cause it hardly takes any time to learn to blast around you like a maniac.

And uh. Dictator's height is a mixed blessing. It can be shot easier, but the advantage is that say a there's a Dictator with a Railgun. A guy is running off with his flag and all of the guys teammates try to block the people trying to kill the flag-carrier. The dictator can simply shoot overhead the blockade with his height and kill the flag carrier.

in some cases, due to it's height.. it can simply miss a target that is ramming him..

I dont know what I think about Dictator. The hull can be a bit annoying becouse of its huge size and length, but at the same time the turret is close to the rear so hiding behind cover and shooting (like with railgun) can work well.

 

It have the best stats at M3 if you want a hull as balanced as possible. 

 

 

Im thinking a bit of what hull I will use as my M3 hull (might only pick one), but it leans towards Hornet... 

 

but can someone tell me, isnt the game designed that basicly Hornet and Viking are the two "cheap" tanks? With cheap I mean easiest to get quickly upgraded, but ends up worse in the long run when it comes to M3 level.

Yes, makes it hard to take cover easily behind objects... and that is a big thing then playing Tanki. Using covers on the maps.

 I concur, dictator means you cannot hide behind places (which makes you an open target), and its modifications aren't that great pricewise and timewise.

yep, you should, dictator is not good in all the maps and it's too tall.

The height is more of an advantage than a disadvantage.
