I wonder what is Dictator's classification now. Is it a medium or a heavy hull now???

I always considered it a medium but M1 has more health than an actual heavy and M3 is almost as much as Titan while M4 is the same health!

At M0, Dictator is basically a slower Viking with a very small health advantage. At M1-M2, Dictator's more of a medium-heavy hull. At M3, it's pretty much a heavy hull with the speed of a medium hull.

Nah, it's a "heavy hull with the speed of a medium hull" at M1 too. It has the same health at Titan and only 10 less then Mammoth

Its weight is huge and its speed is slow so it is a medium+heavy tank. In my opinion Dictator is a titan with viking cutted.
