Rico is more powerful at those ranks. Assuming you having fallen into the trap of MUs, you should have more than enough for it. Rico/Dictator works just fine

Got Dic m3 from old medium m3 kit when I was a Lieut. General,it was soooo OP those days,yes it was expensive as heck,but,WHO CARES when you get such an OP and versatile hull with epic paints and railgun m3,I never got flipped by some1 shooting me,you are all liars ok I've never been flipped with dictator m3 by some1 shooting me to the side or so,and I've been playing with dic m3 for 4 years now :D got it at WO3 ;P
It's an epic hull and the height has never been a disavantage for me,I don't know what you all are saying about "if a small hull stands next to you you will not be able to hit it anymore because of it's heigh" ,just move back or forward and time your shots so you'll be shooting to the ground or a lower level you know :P

for some reason if a gold is falling and a viking and a dictator both the same modifications, the dictator gets it, maybe cuz its taller? so if its taller, the taller hull touches the boxes first? thats why i bought dictator m2 :) good gold box hull

Looks shouldn't matter in your performance. What really matters are kills, points and crystals. M0 Rico/Dictator looks good. If it had to be classified as ugly, it would be M1/M2Rico/M1 Dictator. M2 of that combo looks futuristic and M3 is a monster.
