yes, a common sight in polygon cp, dic is both a strong m1 and m2, plus quite a few kits with dic m1 and m2...

They buffed all medium and heavy hulls  ^_^  Everyone knows how could Dictator is at getting Golds in Poly CP so I'd say that explains your battle Fox :P

Yes, it occurs mostly in poly CP's, it but hey! Polygon CP's are the second most popular battle type after XP battles. The heavy hulls which were largely unpopular are still unpopular, and the medium hulls have become a lot more common. Hornets are still present in similar numbers as they were pre-update. The 'diversity' of hulls, which the devs were planning on introducing in the game is not visible anywhere.

You already have hunter. Dictator is great, but I wouldn't buy another M2 which needs lots of MU.
