Hard to believe that's with Hunter... After all, Hunter is very slow and doesn't have so much protection in comparison with its speed..

My best guess is that fact that most people look down on it and consider Viking superior. Hunter is the starting tank, after all. Most people (including me for a while) went through this line of thought.

->Oooh, look, Wasp is a lot faster! I don't really care about the low health!/ Oooh, look, Titan is so much stronger! I don't really care about the low speed!

->Wow, Hornet has more health than Wasp but is still fast!/Wow, Mammoth is even stronger than Titan/Wow, Viking looks like a great tank, so many people use it!

 

Most people forget about Hunter. For most intents and purposes, Hornet or Viking is more common, although for the most part Hunter is superior to Viking.

 

I personally use Hunter along with Rico, or sometimes with Smoky/Rail if my Hornet is taking a lot of punishment.

After playing around in the Test Server (there was open testing earlier today), I think the best looking tank combo is M3 Isida + M3 Hunter + Sandstone paint. The shapes all complement each other, and the nice warm tones of Sandstone make it look really nice.

 

That combo also seems to work well in gameplay as well. Hunter can take a bit of punishment if you're under fire while healing teammates, and it's speedy enough to (usually) deal with enemy tanks and get to damaged teammates decently quickly. Isida's self repair helps keep Hunter alive as well.

I used that combo as m2 when i was around Colonel. Had some nice battles with it :P

Yes! i like it. But I'm addicted to speed, so once i get m2 wasp, i'll probably use that more. :) However, you must use hunter's speed correctly to beat the m2/m3 vikings.

I am very hesitant now to buy Hunter m3

I have fully mued viking, hornet and wasp

I wonder if Hunter m3 worth it or not.. i know its heavier in weight .. and much more fun to play "so easy maneurevability"

 

If you were in my place .. were u were to buy hunter m3 or u were to MU other items like guns and paints?

 

yes i don't see  alot of hunter players these days even if they have hunter .. only in no supply no MUs battles ..

^ I would get Hunter. I tried it out on the test server so I do know what I'm talking about. It just has the most magical feel to it... it's amazing. Get it :)

better take a heavy m3 ;)
