I don't use those...wish I had hammer or striker. I don't think I'd ever be good with magnum however. Some guys are dominating with it. Super skilled! My skills aren't quite there B)

Some guys are dominating with magnum because they probably are lobbing shots off ledges down onto lower elevations.

m1 hunter becomes availible sooooooooooooo late. You get hunter M1 a rank below the first M2 turret(freeze) and it really is underpowered until WO4, viking is better in almost every way. Devs, at least put hunter M1 at something like WO2 or 1, its the first hull you get and everybody forgets about it until late game. pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssssssseeeeeee give hunter some love.

How is Viking better than hunter in almost every way?

 

It's actually the exact opposite. Yes Viking has a slight speed advantage, but here are the following that makes hunter superior to viking:

 

· Hunter has the stability and pushing power, Viking does not.

 

· Hunter can shoot over Viking, hornet, and wasp teammates, Viking can not.

 

· Hunter has the ability to rock (which helps hit targets better), Viking does not.

 

· Hunter has better turning speed than Viking.

I agree 100% . Hunter is better is almost all aspects . Yes it unlocks later , but that because its stronger from the start , like mammoth m1 (?) unlocks really fast but is not at all powerfull . Freeze m2 unlocks fast but also , not powerfull . Wait till you got it at highest of you rank 10/10 lvl and then they are strong in theirown way . Hunter is better then viking , turns faster on smaller space , much more stable then viking  , can rock , only loses in height ( hmm its something special only viking got ) and tiny bit of speed .

Well, technically, viking loses its speed advantage if it is frozen on the spot.

 

And it'll lose its low height advantage when hornets overdrive (ability to see anything behind walls, in bushes, on ledges, in tunnels, and even in plain sight) gets released.

Did a race in desert map with my friend who has viking (probably more upgraded than my hunter 1/20)

 

What happens is that hunter accelerates faster and is ahead of viking half way but viking catches up because of higher top speed and wins the race so hunter would be better in small and medium maps and normal battles where you have to stop and move but viking would be better in larger maps

You will enjoy it for ability to push, rock, accelerate, turn quickly, and more:)

 

In some battles, depending on the enemy's turret makeup, the Titan can work well with DS...Rock solid and 1000 more health.

Almost immediately after my Viking got to m4 they flipped the specs on the hulls...I didn't want to invest the crystals on another medium hull, but after a few months of the rag-doll syndrome...i embraced Hunter. Definitely glad I did. And yes, I didn't get it at 50% off either :rolleyes:

Well... Viking is faster at m3 and above.

 

But mostly because unlock rank.  The higher the unlock rank the better the stats. Viking leapfrogs Hunter in power at m2.

Distance: 5-6 props (left-hand side) Mammoth 4-5 and Hornet 5-6
