Can't get on forums!

I enter my password and username correctly to get on the forums and it doesn't work. The password works with the game and everything and I am not banned. Other accounts such as this one work to get on the forums. Whenever I try to get on it says I have the wrong username or password and cuts off my attempts for about 15 minutes! What is going on?

Same, happened to me a while back on my other account, it didn't get fixed :( It's probably a glitch.

sometimes this happens to me and then I realised I have caps lock on by mistake which alters your gateway login and it  becomes unrecognised try that next time, if you cannot still get to the forum its possible you have a forum ban on that account. If none of these are true refresh the page and try again, one last thing its possible you got disconnected briefly from being on line. Good luck I hope some of those help you

Go to your tanki account and click the setting button.

 

 

Than you should see anything like this, and try confirming your email. ( You have to check for an email asking to confirm, in your in-box. )

Try to write your password in a text file, then copy-paste it in the forum login. Also try clearing browser cache. If it still doesn't work, email help@tankionline.com.

 

@HeroPlayer Bounding your email is really important, however, it's not connected in any way with forum login.
