I like twins because it has no reload.

Thunder on a Mammoth is still good for map like Kungur, just not like Serpuhov unless you're going to drug. Tried that 5 minutes ago and got second. It was amazing in TDM/DM.

For Thunder, you only need 1 Double Power to completely wipe out the enemy team from a safe place.

For Twins, you still need to get close and you kills are easily stolen but still, it has good damage and high knockback.

It all depends on play style. If you are an offensive player, get twins. It's an up close and personal gun and excels as one. Thunder is mor versatile and it's good if you like defense/mid range offense. I personally cannot tell which gun I like better. They both fit my play style. :p

I don't tend to see twins so often on a mid-sized hull on the more open "mid sized" or larger maps.

On these, it seems to be most effective on a light hull (where speed is used to set up devastating ambushes and avoid damage) or heavy hulls (as a battering ram or roadblock) On medium hulls and larger "open" maps Smokey, Railgun, Shaft and Thunder are real threats before you get into range.

Being a Isida player for sometime its my weapon of choice. I am a very aggressive/offensive player and the recovery from opposing players helps me do that. Of course you need to stick to fields of play that are not wide open.
