Has anybody seen the new drugs they are supposed to introduce?

 

 

What do you guys think about them?

Me, personally, I think they are "interesting" to say the least - however I don't think they should be in the game. Tanki online is supposed be a tank game, with mechanics at least remotely similar -  these would turn it into a morphing, flying vehicle with quantum duplicates. I don't like them and wonder what it will do to tanki.

I know people have a mixed opinion about drugs, just wanted to see who thinks what.

 

I really don't like druggers in normal wars, and I'm not about to pay 5k per month for a no-supply battle, not only because it's expensive, but also because hardly anyone plays in no-supply battles anyway.

 

I do at times use supplies, primarily when I am carrying the flag and being chased down to certain death, or trying to suppress an opponent who came in on full power-ups. But the worst is when they start doing it from the start with no rhyme or reason.

 

The thing is there is nothing you can do to stop them, they are obeying all the rules - in fact the staff supports them because heavy supply users are mostly donators anyway.

 

I doubt there's anything we can do to change that, like making the no-supply option free, because that would skrew up a big source of income for the company, so we just have to bear it.

 

What are your thoughts?

 

Stop removing mines after the player who dropped them dies. Either give the mines back or leave them in place. Otherwise it's just a drain on the player's credit.

Well im gonna say this,I know that when you get a kit of any kit you will get supplies of each one and yea you will use them as much as you can and yea to you,that will make your tank OP but then when you run out you just want more and more of the drugs so you can be OP but then here is when the part the pisses me off comes in...Then you start buying crys with real money and use those crys to buy either kits(not bad but i dispise of buyers) or suppliy kits(I get it if you have everything you need and have no idea what else to spend or you are last rank or close but REALLY!?!?! come on cuh you stupid) I can see why people complain about people having no skill because the others use supplies.They also call the others that do use the supplies from their account a noob and to be honest I kinda agree with them why?? because for one they could of bought the crys with real money just to spend it on supplies I mean you could of used those crys to buy an m1 or m2 or even an m3 if you were high enough for one but... then goes rage quitting that people do even when the team they face is too overpowered with m3s while they have m2s. the sighs tho....This is why I kinda wanna quit tanki.. this world of tanki is nothing but omg ugh I dont even wanna say it but yea to me because of the druggers,I can't really have a good game and I can barely win games because these people ruin the battles with their presence I mean its bloody hel1 I mean now a days tanki won't give us complete 50% sales anymore what happened to 50% woman's day sale??? I mean come on tanki that was just a noob move to take basiclly a ton of 50% sales anyway and yea the big question is reminded again:

Yes, drugging in the game is worth it. Why? So I can come first place in a battle -_-

Some people do buy drug kits and there is nothing wrong with that. Maybe they don't want to buy an M1/M2/M3 because they will never use it? For example, is there any point of someone buying an M3 turret to obtain a full M3 garage although they will never use that gun? Go play PRO battles if you can't tolerate druggers instead of complaining. Tanki doesn't give 50% sales anymore because they said it's 'bad for the game's economy' apparently.

It's kind of annoying. Buyers. Druggers.

You can see some M3's starting at the Major rank and I can't beat a drugging wasp M2 and a Isida M3.

At WO you can already see a M2 Freeze.

Buyers are one type of player, the one you can't beat and is THAT addicted that he won't stop buying

Kits should be only when the tanker reaches the rank where you can get the MU not when you are 4-5 ranks below it. When you save up (I saved up for the Osaka kit and lots of MU used smoky and Hunter all the way till WO3) For a lot and get it it gives you a sense of achievement until those stupid buyers just buy every kit.

Moral: Kits are too high ranked for MU. None-Buyers will quit

Drugs are still way too overpowered. When a guy that doesn't even know how to turn his own turret squashes your team simply because the one thing he does know how to do is press the number keys, there's a serious problem.

You should make more supplies. If there are more supplies, the game will be even more fun possibly.  It's annoying how people spam with drugs most of the time. We should be limited a bit to using drugs maybe, but that's just my opinion and I just don't know. So many pros and cons and ideas that are hard to think about. :P screw it!

The Repair Kits cooldowns are too short. For example, I witnessed when playing with M3 Mammoth, that when I have only 1% of health remaining, the Repair Kit only repair about 90% of health and leaves about 10% of damage.

 

The cooldowns for Repair Kits are far too short because more time needs to be added for the Repair Kit to completely repair an M3 Mammoth hull. I suggest to add at least another 4 seconds of cooldown time so that the effect of the Repair Kit can last longer.

 

Also adding another 4 seconds of cooldown time for the Repair Kit's effect can increase the chances for players to collect gold boxes. I have seen many players who uses Repair Kits to stay alive during gold box hunting but players get killed a few seconds earlier because the Repair Kit's effect is not long enough.

As you can see from the image about, the Repair Kit does not fully repair M3 Mammoth hulls as they should normally do.

 

Please ask the developers of Tanki Online to expand the Repair Kit time cooldown by 4 seconds.

Ok before anyone reprimands me, I know it's part of the game but some guys just can't help but drug themselves to the gills... In my opinion a druggie is someone who spawns and immediately he has speed, armor and double fire power... Then when you facing it off with someone, they drug some health or double fire power... Just to beat you... These guys are so sad and what's sadder is when they still get killed while drugging... #cantHandleDrugLords #theseGuysAreAnnoying

Really?

 

Repair kit already repairs 200 damage per second for 2 seconds, or 400 damage. Since most hulls in the game don't have that much health, it's also widely regarded in the low to mid-high ranks as 2 seconds of invulnerability. The only problem seems to be with M3 Mammoth (or M4 Titan).

 

However, the number of players who actually use M3 Mammoth is very, very small. And even so, if it leaves 10% of damage or so... it's just 10%. It's not something that's big enough to be consistently game-changing.

 

Adding 4 extra seconds to Repair kit (6 seconds of 200 hitpoints per second = 1200 hitpoints) would make Repair kit even more overpowered than it already is. Six seconds of near-invulnerability is way too big of an advantage.

 

A better Repair Kit would heal 500 damage in 1 second. That way, players would not have the "invulnerability effect" (repair kit is supposed to repair damage, not prevent it) and would still heal Mammoth M3 fully.

i have had numerous heated discussions with other players.

claiming im a noob drugging buyer.

my efforts to tell them that they should just get used to it as its part of playing this game

especially when getting into the higher ranks.

 

well my conclusion to all these pointless discussions with irate players is this.

i think the answer is that deep down they see the high end equipment you are using and have in your garage

and basically it is because they are a bit jealous

well thats my opinion anyway
