I also want the samething as you, but it's the behaviour that you (referring to non-druggers as a whole) have that's immature IMO.

That's Quoting Shakesphere IF he ever made it to TANKIONLINE!! Well... Maybe not, but He'd sure love to see it said anyway!! 

 

I started this to get a better feel for Supply Strategy! I'm mid ranks now, at WO3 (JUST ranked up)... and I'm not looking to buy any more equip than what I have, M1 Titan, M1 Viking, M1 Shaft, M1 Firebird, M1 Isida. Cause I'm an avid user of the Supplies of my own drugs, as much as trying to catch a drop.. I spent 17500 of my last 23000+ CRY on the "Supply 100 Kit". Suddenly I have an overstocked "drug" store in my garage!! 

 

I wanna make sure i don't blow through my supplies in the first week! So I've been wondering... does any one here have a typical strategy they use with Drugging?? IS there a rule you follow that allows you to use, or that you won't use? Limit per match? Typical turret combo? Etc! 

 

Again... just curious. 

 

And yes... I know their are plenty of Anti-druggers out there, and I'm sorry you feel that way! I for one do what ever it takes to survive in a fight, whether or not I must drug! I'm on the game to fight and win, so I drug up when I feel the need! Unfortunately I sometime pop a box and die almost immediately after, seemingly wasting what I had! Oh well! 

 

If you are against druggers on Tanki, than you probably wanna have nothing to do with this thread!! I don't mind you commenting, but if you decide to belittle or badger me in any way cause my playing doesn't agree with your? I will likely delete your comment when I see it!!

Some feedback from an anti-drugger :P:

 

Check out this newspaper article about drugging and smart cooldowns. It is over two years old, so some stats are out of date, however it gives some nice general advice on how to / how not to use supplies.

 

As you sound like you don't have unlimited supplies, I'd recommend to use them wisely. In general, look at the battle and consider whether it's worth investing your supplies. Then there's some tactics on when to use / not to use certain supplies. For instance, repair kit is very expensive, so use it only if it makes a real difference (e.g. if it allows you caping a flag, or if you're in a great sniping spot with double damage active and don't want to die). You can get the most out of double damage if you activate it when you've already picked up a double armour, etc. All pretty obvious, but it can make a real difference on how much you get out of your supplies.

You always get less RK from Daily Missions. If you don't want to buy, try to use them only if it's really important. The other 3 drugs and the mines are free to use even if you don't buy anything.

I don't even care anymore, about supplies. I ain't ever coming back online to this game, I've lost interest. This game is just for buyers and druggers. Since I'm neither I'm out. Bye people!

I'm neither as well. I did spend $6 but just for leisure, not for an actual goal. Other than that I rarely have any supplies and I'm right on track to getting an M3 kit by the time I get to Lt. General. I have 4 M2s, 40,000 crystals nearly as of now and a 1.88 K/D. I'm doing great! :D

I'm neither as well. I did spend $6 but just for leisure, not for an actual goal. Other than that I rarely have any supplies and I'm right on track to getting an M3 kit by the time I get to Lt. General. I have 4 M2s, 40,000 crystals nearly as of now and a 1.88 K/D. I'm doing great! :D

I've made it tto marshal without spending money and by what I'd consider moderate usage of supplies.

I find the no-supply battles more fun and balanced, but as there are not enough of them I also do regular battles.

 

It's possible to advance without buying but it does take patcience and some battles certainly are frustrating.

I find the worst are the uneven-numbered teams battles.

Just play pro battles (with the spanner blacked out), it is MUCH better. Sometimes I revisit normal battles but my plan is to get rail M3 to unlock XP modes.

guys this might be happening soon or further down the road in tanki ... and yes this is from tanki-x but we should be ready and watch out for it due to mainly the ones who like myself who has a ton of drugs.. we need to see what will happen are we going to get paid back in crystals or gold box's.. we will have to keep a open mind on this ..

 mysterious updates...now lets see would tanki be doing what tanki X is planning in the real near future .. i wonder .. this info was just posted today in tanki x and its interesting for players to see this MIGHT BE HAPPENING HERE.. will have to wait and see ..??

 

We have some important news. The supplies in Tanki X are a subject of much debate. Many of you have repeatedly spoken out against the current supply system, and our developers have decided to radically change it. These changes should make the battles more balanced and greatly increase the value of supplies in battles.

These changes will occur in two phases:

Step 1: Balancing the supplies

The changes to the supplies mechanics will occur in one of the next updates. What will change?

  • The activation of a certain supply will no longer run the cooldown for other supplies.
  • Players will no longer be able to use their supplies right away, upon entering a battle or upon respawning. Pausing the game will not! pause the cooldown on supplies.
  • The "Repair Kit" duration will be increased, but the healing power decreased.
  • The bonus damage from the "Double Damage" supply, will be reduced.

Step 2: Modules

With the implementation of the modules,

 

supplies are going to be removed from the garage, leaving only the ones dropping on the maps, NOT SURE HOW TANKI WOULD BE ABLE TO DO THIS when we have a surplus of drugs from day one...not only that if you buy them how would they pay us back...

 

and some of their properties will be applied to the modules.

 

remember this is from tanki x .. and not sure if it will be here soon ??.

Well, I dont know from where you got the "remove drug" come. but

 

If you look at drugs side, drugger will still more powerful and just added a little tactic.

Perhaps after this update we will see more smarter drugger, and non drugger will more :D

Well, I dont know from where you got the "remove drug" come. but

 

If you look at drugs side, drugger will still more powerful and just added a little tactic.

Perhaps after this update we will see more smarter drugger, and non drugger will more :D

druggers will be and always be there as long as tanki gives them to us and sells them.. where i got this info was from tanki x which they changed there system to either get rid of drugs or slow down the use of them so the battles would be more controllable to battle in and some of these changes have also happened here on this weeks update if you noticed that when you go to use the second drug it takes a little bit longer to use in battles which .. like i have said for so long since tanki changed the system back in Oct 15 / 2015 that tanki x and tanki will be one soon .. most or all what goes on there is also here ..Hazel said there would go in different directions but i'm not holding my breath on this ..

well i hope they change the mines soon .. they stand out like a sore thumb .. i would like to see them blend into the game more .. like almost invisible when you go over them and detonate  on contact .. i can drive over them and nothing happens and then other time  they go off .. there never on time

Thanks Frozen Heart. for the news on Tanki-X. This gives some hope.TO might get a more satisfying supplies system. Somday.

 

But first.... address the massive lag!

 

Easy way to reduce the lag is to not create so many high fund battles or join any server except RU1 and RU2

 

 

You can't just remove lag. All online games will have lag. Some more than others. Lag will always be there whether we like it or not

Agree. The annoying thing is that they seem to think the problem has settled itself. It would be nice if they even brought their strategies for reducing lag to the table in the V-Logs, instead of this non-responsive silence.

 

Much more players would play. :D

You can't just remove lag. All online games will have lag. Some more than others. Lag will always be there whether we like it or not

Hence the adjective "massive".  

 

Lag has become exponentially worse since the clan system went live. This was confirmed in the tanki newsletter.

It is to rake in as many $36 clan licenses as possible. There is no other reason. Tanki does not give a damn if the system works or not. Their addicts who spend hundreds of dollars / month on this game will accept anything, anything at all. Tanki is just milking the chumps for all they are worth.
