its pretty stupid when the gold box comes down because everybody starts cause n at each-other and its never caught by the moderator if the gold box came down more often every body would be almost more happy so i would change it if i were you!

Gold doesn't come often or rarely. It's completely random. It may fall 5 times in 10 minutes, or it may not fall at all during the whole battle. This won't be changed.

gold boxes are just a bonus to the game... if you do not like them do not make a gold box a primary target and just go for the 10 crystal boxes. as FederalBureauFBI said, it can fall completely randomly, you just have to be at the right place at the right time.
