Questions for the moderators/admins

Dear moderators/admins,

I have been playing this game a lot, in the last 4 weeks I have seen a lot.. lest call them "jump-cheaters" using some form of program, that makes them jump there tank..

My question are as follow.:

  • Is this legally too use this?
  • IF NOT - If I report them  (with video record), do they get a punishment that are hard(I think it wast of (my) time, if they only get a day/week ban).

A lot this "jump-cheaters"are pretty high levels, and I think its a shame that they destroys the game for all of us, who dont use this!

Best regards

As far as I know, using third-party software and cheats results in a life-time ban.

Life-time - Fine with me!! If they just get a month, week or day.. I will end playing this game, if you give a player who cheat a chance too do it again.. He/she/it - will do it again! Do as in CS cheat - ban for lifetime - new user and learn to play fair :)

But I still wanner hear it from an supporter, admin or anyone who can ban players.

1. Of course not

2. Yes they get blocked, they can't use the account anymore. Ban is only done for chat/forum, Mods do that and then report to tech support, who block the account and that way make it unusable.

Super, so making movies/screenshots of this users will make them banned. So we can make this game fair for all players. Thats super fine with me :-) Thanks for the fast awnser

I've only seen them blocked for a month...

I explained the difference, but ok..will do it again.

Ban and block are 2 different things.

A ban stops your access to chat/forum

A block stops your access to your account at all

Moderators can't block, they just ban. So when there's a hacker, they ban for a month and then report to tech support who block the account. Clear now?

I'd like to see some kind of crystal reward for informants. Making screenshots and videos can be time consuming and it's all in the name of keeping tanki clean and fair. A reward would encourage players to rat out cheats and we would have a much fairer battle ground to play on in no time at all. I've just noticed this on feedback so I gave it a +1.

Yeps clear and that just fine if only the cheaters learn that if you cheat in this game you will lose a lot more then what you just "thought" you woot get from using it. So if you say they will report to the tech team after then its fine with me. Thanks for that - I will report back
