Moderators and Team Kick

#1. This is a big problem in Tanki Online! Team Kick doesn't do a thing! I was playing in a CTF battle and some mult was camping at the crystal drop zones and flipping over everybody on his own team, so I pressed the TAB key to vote him down. Then, I saw that he had 6 votes down (there were 10 people on our team) and nothing was happening! There aren't enough good and active moderators.

 

#2. Another problem: moderators actually have TOO MUCH power on the server chat. I posted one sentence in full CAPS and then 2 minutes later it says "lchoppchop has been warned for caps". I forgot that I had written something in CAPS and I just said "Why was I warned?". And you know what happened? Next thing I knew, I was banned for 1 hour for "Profanity, insults etc.". Why? I have no idea! I don't even know who banned me! Meanwhile, as I'm confused about getting banned, some random guy started flooding the chat with a battle link, he posted it about 8 times! After doing that the moderator just gave the guy a 5 minute ban!

 

3#. This is why I think that players should be able to kick other players out of battles themselves and instead of the small amount of chat moderators controlling everything, can't players just vote down messages like on the forums and the people with too many votes down get a 5 minute ban and if they continue getting votes down, a 1 hour ban?

Bans are pretty stupid sometimes. But you have to roll with it.

1. We know, there are not enough moderators.

 

2. Using full CAPS is a ban able offense. You don't need to ask that question if you already know why. If you want to further complain, contact a Chat Admin.

 

3. You can't kick people based on votes because there is the likelihood of it being abused. Same for the posts on the forum.

You know we don't actually need 10 people to kick out. Sometimes I play with my friends (DS members) and when a random noob who doesn't know how to turn turrets, we just kick him out with 3 votes and let my other friend in :p

2. Yes, but they could at least have reminded me or have warned me when it actually happened. They asked me a few minutes later and I had forgotten about it. And why would they ban me for PROFANITY and INSULTS?

If you have a problem with a ban, PM an Admin, do not make a topic about it. Closed.
